The apartment is at the HUB in University, address: 1111 West University Avenue, Gainesville Florida, 32601. Close to the campus, a 10-15 minute 🚶 walk to any class. It also has a groceriesstore close.
The sublease would be $700/month, without taking into account the 💡electricity and 🌊 water, but they do not add a lot.
