I am subleasing a room in a 2/1 house located just behind midtown for a 👩 female as there is one 👩 girl already residing there. The rent is and includes a parking spot, a washer and dryer, but does not include 💡electric or utilities. The house is within short 🚶 walking distance to midtown, the stadium, library west, Publix, target, chipotle and so much more. The house is furnished except for the bedroom that is being subleased. (In the picture posted below there is a bed but it will be removed so you can make the room your own).
I would really like to have someone move in there as soon as possible. I have been paying rent since August and have not lived there at all, since I have decided to take on another opportunity at a different school. Let me know if you are interested or have any further questions.
