Jul 2019: The staff at the location is incredible - had a great experience with Anastasia and Rachel is always so understanding. I had a recent experience where a vendor had come in and had shown very little respect for my belongings. I'm not always the easiest person to deal with when stuff like this happens but Rachel and Anastasia immediately offered to make me whole. My criticism has always been how dated the units are but I think that's more of a corporate level constraint that the property level staff don't have control over. They're lucky to have them. Jul 2019: Lived here for two years. I really enjoyed my stay. It's close to almost everything. The neighborhood is quiet. Prices are reasonable. Review from Google
May 2019: Filled with dog poop. Dog owners don't pick up after their dog. Unfortunately, I tried contacting the management but they don't take any action against those dog owners other than sending notice to everyone. It's so disgusting to walk through the grass for the fear that you may step on the poop. It's not difficult for management to find out whose dog it is. There are many ways you can do it. Apr 2019: When we moved in the apartment everything was broken and not taken care of. I had to put in multiple maintenance requests in the 1st week. They responded fast to repair but still the apartment itself is subpar. I had to make renter friendly upgrades to make the apartment liveable. When I walked in I literally wanted to cry. The patio doors were cheap, even the paint on the walls were cheap and falling off. The upstairs neighbors are loud and always blasting music. I hear them walking back in forth through the apartment. I hear the baby crying through the night. This was the only apartment available in the area at the time so we had to take it. I am looking forward to moving and finding a more suitable place. We are saving alot of money by living here but its infested with roaches and everything is cheap and breakable. This apartment is more for college students and low income families. Review from Google
Mar 2019: Thanks to Karina, Ira, Rachel and Riley. Your customer service makes all the difference. You are responsive, professional, and provide good follow-up. Bunny loved being on your FB page for Valentine's Day. Review from Google
Jan 2019: I have been living here for about two years and I absolutely love my apartment. Even better than the apartment are the staff! Rachel and Riley from the leasing staff are super awesome and go out of their way to help their residents out. Additionally, the maitenence supervisor, Justin, is amazing, he always does my work orders right away, and is good at his job. Highly recommend living here!!! Review from Google
Jan 2019: 1. Location: Close to Butler Plaza. Butler Plaza has almost all the stores that you need. Has a bus stop for routes 12 and 37 which take you to campus. Close to India Bazaar too. 2. Maintenance team and office : They are quick at getting work orders done. However, many a times they close it without even coming to your apartment and you have to write all that again and submit once again a new request. The maintenance people and the people in the leasing office are very friendly and ready to help. 3. Apartments: Overall the apartments are in good condition with all the appliances working perfectly fine and so far no pest infestation. Just one problem though because we live on the ground floor. No matter what you do if I keep any sweet food in my bedroom, the ants get in directly from the outside into my closet and finally to the food.(-0.5 star Review from Google
Dec 2018: Leasing people are nice but the units are outdated as hell and the maintenance staff is really bad at actually fixing things in a decent timeframe. Put in a request to fix broken front door frame like two months ago and it's still not done. Wild. Review from Google

Sep 2018: Greenwich had been really a nice place to stay and the management had always been supportive until around 2 years back. Things have changed. The front desk people are hopeless . You need something and it never gets done. The attitude is really pathetic. zero star to the customer service. The apartments are decent and hence the two stars. Review from Google
Aug 2018: *edited* The manager Karina is a really helpful and great manager. She will do everything she can to make sure your needs are met and listen to you. I do advise you to always talk to her if you have any type of problem. *** ***old review*** I have been living here for about 2 months now. The first night in the apt we saw roaches all over our food, breads, cupcakes and even inside the refrigerator and dishwasher. That night we lost about $100 on food alone and $70 buying traps. We decided to put all food inside the refrigerator so the roaches won’t get into it, wrong, the next day all our food were spoiled because the refrigerator was not working properly, another $100 on food. We had to eat outside a lot since we could not use the kitchen. Breakfast, lunch and dinner outside everyday is a lot, for myself only it was about $50 daily. I see Review from Google
Jul 2018: I rate it -10000 Worst place ever not clean. Management doesn’t care about residents or community only money. Most apartments have tons of people next apt to me has 12 people and in front of me 3 families of 3 and 4. Drugs are being sold at all hours can’t sleep. Dog feces all over it’s disgusting. Pictures of the apt on their site are not of the real apartments, the gym is not the one in the picture. The real one has 5 machines all crammed into a tiny space. The pool has no lighting thus they close it early. Don’t even come to rent trust me it’s not worth your time or money. Review from Google
Jul 2018: This place lacks class. Their apartments and all of their appliances are super old. Seriously, whoever you are, whatever your standards are and whatever your budget is YOU CAN DO BETTER than Greenwich green. Review from Google
Jun 2018: Great services and management. But they have a good pool and game room. Review from Google
May 2018: This place lied and said 8 trash bags were outside of my appartment and charged me $200, after moving out, right as my neighbors had left 4 trash bags outside for a number of weeks and it had nothing to do with my trash. None of the trash was mine. They don’t care to investigate either, they just charge as they wish. During hurricane Irma our roof started to leak in multiple places all over the living room and even after I nicely collected rain water in buckets to prevent carpet damage, it took them almost a month to come and fix the roof. They didn’t care in the least bit that their residents were living with a compromised roof. Not only this, maintenance had to come inside my appartment many times because the people below me were having ceiling problems due to leaking. It became a normal occurrence with no care given on their part. Th Review from Google
Apr 2018: I stayed here for a year and had a pretty good experience. I had one of the townhouse apartments. The rooms are big enough but the living room and the kitchen is huge. The pool area is clean and pretty, but the gym is doesn't have enough equipments. The maintainance was quite efficient as they would send people right away. The location and the neighborhood is great too! Review from Google
Mar 2018: Peaceful neighborhood, big swimming pool, quality apartments, average maintenance and friendly staff. Review from Google
Mar 2018: It's a quiet and decent apartment with lesser pest than stoneridge. Rooms are comparitively much smaller than stoneridge but the maintenance crew are much more prompt Review from Google
Jan 2018: Great place to live, management is very prompt with maintenance issues - both times I had an issue it was fixed within 24 hours. Large dog friendly, quiet and affordable. Really enjoy living here. Review from Google
Dec 2017: The apartment overall has been nothing shy of nice, however the neighbor situation is causing an issue. My roommate and I have had stuff stolen off our door, which we tried to brush to the side. But after coming home and finding trash in our wreath, it's the last straw. I lowered my original score because tomorrow I'm going to talk to management. This will not keep happening with the people around us. Review from Google
Dec 2017: Good service and response from the management. Good apartments. It is unfurnished and there is carpet as flooring. Mostly Indians are found here. There is swimming pool, mail box, pool table and table soccer etc. There is also tennis court and basketball court. Good amount of parking area. It's a friendly neighborhood. Review from Google
Nov 2017: Horrible management with no respect on a lease. I do sign a lease and pay security deposit and application fee at the beginning of September because they are telling me that there was availability in 2B starting in November. Then in the beginning of Oct they call me and say no availability. The refund took more than a month and I needed to make multiple phone calls to chase them. Finally I get my refund in last week, and only the security deposit. Be careful that signing a lease here do not guarantee a place to live. Review from Google
Oct 2017: Lived here with my family for almost 2 years. If we wouldn't have needed a bigger place, we never would've left. Wonderful office staff that is accommodating, graceful and helpful. Maintenance is on top of everything and extremely knowledgeable. Complex is quiet, and neighbors are very respectful with noise. Would definitely recommend. Review from Google
May 2017: What impressed me most is the maintenance group and their efficiency. I liked this place very much, though the community is a little small. Review from 5/4/17 on Google
Apr 2017: The maintenance team is always ready to help. Love the quick service! Office staff are very friendly and mostly efficient. Love this place! Review from 4/15/17 on Google
Apr 2017: Fantastic place to live! The apartments are well kept, the office is among the nocest and most helpful Ive ever seen, and overall it is a very quiet and calm neighborhood. There are numerous buses that will pick up right outside the entrance that go all over town. Review from 4/13/17 on Google
