Hi, Loading...

Oct 2019: I lived here for four years and was always happy with the place. Randy (maintenance guy) and Erika at the front is very nice and helpful. Overall, nice place and nice people except for the lady whose office is next to Erika....Her attitude is extremely poor towards tenants. Review from Google
Aug 2019: Lived here for three years and was always happy with the place. Clean, affordable, and the area is very pretty. Randy with maintenance was always prompt and helpful, and Erika at the front is super nice and helpful. I also liked how quiet and calm it was. Great place. Review from Google
Jul 2019: I'm so lucky I found this place- because its hands down one of the best apartments I've stayed at in Gainesville. I can't say enough about Erika, who works at the front office. She always responded to my questions quickly and is very personable! Erika always remembered my name and face and really goes above and beyond. The handyman, Randy, is also wonderful! My apartment itself was spacious for a one bedroom and the complex was always quiet. There were mostly grad students and some young families and the bus ride was quick to campus. I will miss you guys, thanks for being the best! Review from Google
Jul 2019: Can’t beat the location or the price! The apartments are very spacious and everyone is super friendly. Randy, the maintenance guy, is quick to respond and a joy to work with. I never had any noise issues and the pool was never crowded. Erika just added new pool furniture, and the landscaping is lovely. Everyone has beautiful plants growing out back and on their porches, and there is plenty of space to walk your dog. Erika is a pleasure to work with and I wish I could stay longer! Review from Google
Jul 2019: I lived at Country Village for two years while studying at the University of Florida. This is an awesome place to call home. Erika, the office manager, treats everyone like family and is always there to help; I always felt as ease knowing she had my back if anything were to go wrong. Randy the handyman is a really awesome guy and takes excellent care of the property; if I ever needed something repaired he was there same day to take care of us. The property is very quiet, clean, and well-maintained. This place really is a home away from home, and I highly recommend living here if you have the opportunity. Great location, pricing, and living conditions. Thank you Country Village for making my stay a great experience. Review from Google
Jul 2019: Quite, comfy place to live. Highly recommended for my fellow introverts. The trees give a lot of shade and keep the place cool, the pool is nice and always empty, neighbors are nice, plenty of parking. Gas hot water and heat. Erika is always a joy to deal with, let her take care of you too Review from Google
Jun 2019: I’ve lived here for a year and a half and it is by far the BEST of the four apartments I’ve lived in in Gainesville. Erika really takes time to get to know and talk to all the tenants and is so easy to communicate with, she replies to emails I’m a timely manner and is always communicative about what is going on within the complex. Randy is always so friendly when you see him around and is very quick to fix whatever you need when he’s working on the property. The location is great because it is a 10 minute ride to UF and also extremely close to so much shopping/ food places. I’ve absolutely loved living here and would definitely recommend Country Village to any student moving to the Gainesville area. Review from Google
Jun 2019: Nice place to live, centrally located, good value. Erika and Randy are the best and always helped with any maintenance issues or questions. Lived here for 4 years happily and would recommend. Review from Google

May 2019: Awesome place to live! The staff are so kind, responsive, and always there to help, shout out to Erika and Randy in particular. Having lived in an apartment complex before where maintenance would take months to complete requests, Country Village was so refreshing. It's a very cozy complex with ample space at an unbeatable price. It is very close to campus with multiple bus routes available; it took on average about 10 minutes to get to my classes. It is also close to so many stores and restaurants since it is right on Archer Road. I would definitely recommend Country Village to anyone considering living in the Gainesville area, especially students. Review from Google
Dec 2018: Consider the good location, the price is great. In addition, the staff is awesome! Review from Google
Oct 2018: Great cozy place to live in. Lived here for 3 years and I was really happy to stay here. Great pricing and great staff at Country Village. Erica and Randy were always On top of everything and quick to help you when you needed it! Review from Google
Aug 2018: Of all the apartments I've lived in, this is by far the best one. The location is great, but its the management that really gives it the 5 stars. Erika is the nicest and really does care about the residents. She tries to get to know all the residents and is super helpful. She emails back almost immediately. Maintenance is also amazing--Randy is very nice and respectful. He works on maintenance requests (again) almost immediately as they appear. Open parking is nice when you have guests over. In previous apartments I've lived in, there was specified "visitors" parking which would quickly run out during the weekend. All the staff is friendly and greets you if they run into you around the property. Management is friendly and professional. The apartments are pretty affordable (and close to campus which is a plus). They are adding wood flooring to Review from Google
Jun 2018: This is 1 of 2 apartments that I lived in while in Gainesville for school. I lived here for 3 of my 4 years in Gainesville and felt it was one of my best decisions. Rent is affordable, apartments are nice, and management is really helpful. Maintenance (though not commonly needed) was always timely. Maintenance even went beyond what was expected of him and helped fixed my dining room table. Great place for professional/graduate students, very quiet and pet friendly! Review from Google
May 2018: Ive lived in 4 different apartments in Gainesville and this is, by far, the best one. It's close enough for me to bike to campus, quiet, and safe. The management (Erika) was super nice and easy to work with. She was informative about everything in the beginning and looked out for all the tenants. They're super responsive, too. The maintenance man, Randy, is a respectful guy and he will address any work order almost immediately and do a great job; he goes in and out very quickly. I honestly loved living here and I wish I could have found this place sooner. Review from Google
Jul 2017: This place is a joke. The owner and management staff are the worst I’ve ever dealt with, with the exception of Sandra and Erica. Michelle is completely clueless, and runs around like a complete mess just running her mouth making no sense. Cathy, the owner, is a crook, is terribly rude, and she tries to nickel and dime you and will give you the worst attitude if you ask any questions, no matter how politely you approach her. They try to say that they contacted you, or that they have record of you calling them, but they don’t even know your phone number. If you sublease, they won’t contact you for anything, they’ll go completely over your head and contact whoever you’re subleasing from, even though they no longer live here. They don’t maintain their land, or their buildings. Most places will give you a 2 or 3 day grace period to pay Review from Google
Nov 2016: THE MANAGEMENT OF THIS PLACE IS FKING JOKE!!! My friend and I took a tour at the place and all we got were harassment from the management. The leasing office only had 1 female as staff. This old blonde disrespectful lady made us waited for 30 minutes before letting us tour the place, then proceeded to question us 6 times on whether or not we truly intended to rent. During the tour, this lady followed us so closely like we were trying to steal things from the apartment. After the tour, she told us that she doesn't believe we were there to do business and rushed us out of the door without any reason. Review from Google
Mar 2016: I have lived here since Fall 2015. I don't have a single complain. The staff is super friendly. XXXX the handyman is incredibly polite and helpful. The maintenance is extremely effective, and the neighborhood is really quiet and nice. Also a great location right on archer for what I think is a really good price. Only downfall is that the AC units can be a little loud but that is a little flaw in what I consider a great apartment. Really awesome complex overall. Review from 3/30/16 on Apartment Ratings
Nov 2015: I lived there for two years, it was a fine apt. For the distance to campus it offers a good price. Always got maintenance done with no problems, but the management could be more helpful. Review from Google
Jul 2009: I am so disappointed with the apartment. worst condition, worst manager and worst maintenance. Be sure check it carefully before you move in!!!!!!! Review from Google
