Hi, Loading...

May 2017: I've lived in the two bedroom town house in the 1812 for two years. The house is awesome and perfectly built to host company and still have my privacy upstairs. I honestly didn't like the office my first year here but I think they cleaned house around Christmas and the new people are way nicer (and honestly seem smarter). If I was staying in Gainesville after graduation I would definitely keep living here it's great. Review from Google
May 2017: Living here has been one of the best choices I made in my collegiate career. Being able to walk to class or hustle home when I forgot something has made my life so much easier. I could host group projects after class, or a little get together before going out. Even though I'm only in a studio, its plenty of space for me and company. I'm looking forward to another great year here at College Park and I know this whole new office staff is going to make sure of it! Review from Google
Apr 2017: Insanely close to campus, super convenient, renewed for next year as well. Staff is always super friendly when me and my dog go into the office. We look forward to another great year here! Review from 4/3/2017
Jul 2016: If I could give it zero stars I would. The location was amazing. As for service, that is a whole different story. There was a leak in our sink and they made a huge whole in our wall and never covered it up. When someone broke into our house and broke our window and the door from the apartment above, the way they "fixed" the window was by covering it up with wood. I called, visited the office, had my mom go to the office, continued going to the office again and none of my requests were answered. My door had termites the entire time that I stayed here. We had a rat go enter by the whole that they made under the sink and they took a week to come, by then we had someone else take care of it. all I ever received was a "maintenance will come by tomorrow, I'm here so I'll make sure they do" and then never show up. May 2016: DO NOT SIGN WITH COLLEGE PARK APARTMENTS. WORST COMPLEX EVER. Honestly if it wasn't for the proximity to campus they would be out of business. Management is not helpful at all. All they care about is how to take your money. They will hit you with fees left and right and you can't do anything about it. The apartments are just way too old but they're too cheap to do anything about it. Signing a lease with these people was the worst decision I made in all my time in Gainesville. Apr 2016: I lived in a 2 bedroom at 1710 NW 2nd ave at College Park for two years - for my last two years of college. I gave four stars on the noise because you have to realize when moving to the area you'll be neighbors with pretty much only college students. College park is pretty much the entire area right behind midtown. Maintenance was pretty fast to fix anything that went wrong in my apartment. The apartment wasn't built recently, but it was a good price for the super close location to campus. I could literally see the back of gator city from my living room window.
