Oct 2019: I love living here! The maintenance guys are seriously the best, especially Chris and Ivan! They are always super friendly, helpful, and provide excellent service! Review from Google
Jul 2019: I would say for Gainesville its a decent place to live. The maintenance staff is really great and gets requests done timely (and they are trust worthy and would never steal from you). The downtown location is great (mostly) with lots of fun places to eat. The homeless population is ever increasing which comes with theft and unwanted drunks annoying you sometimes and the complex doesn't lock the gates by using codes/ security is non-existent. The most annoying thing is parking, they don't allow guest passes for dog walkers, family or friends and there is no visitor parking. Other than those cons the place is great and I would recommend it! Review from Google
Jul 2019: I lived in this apartment complex for three years and had such a wonderful experience. Collier really does take care of their complexes, and their staff at Arlington is exceptional. They addressed any maintenance issues I experienced quickly and professionally. I am thankful for my time spent here. Nettie and the rest of the staff really do a wonderful job. The apartment's location is wonderful, and being next to the Hippodrome was so much fun. If you are a resident of Gainesville looking for a new home, you will be in good hands at Arlington Square. Review from Google
Jul 2019: Been here for the past 6 months and our experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The office crew is awesome and the maintenance personnel addresses problems quickly and professionally. The downtown location is also very convenient. Review from Google
Jul 2019: Over the last 6 months I have consistently been amazed at how every member of the staff has gone above and beyond in terms of service, assistance, and friendliness! Could not ask for more!! Review from Google
May 2019: Don’t let the ratings fool you... When I first moved in they provided incentive to provide a google rating (gift card or something). After regretfully resigning my lease and staying at Arlington for 2 years I have much more complaints than compliments about this place. They often (at least monthly) close off parking in portions of the complex for what they call “neighborhood improvements”. This results in not enough parking sports for residents and pushes residents to park in public areas where we are obligated to move our cars before 8-9am the next morning. This results in a towing frenzy and my roommates car was wrongly towed in his own parking lot. I’ve had an ongoing bug problem for about 8-12 months that Arlington did nothing about. I have to buy my own pesticide spray and ant traps. I had to walk the staff to the outside source to show them how to handle the situation. My washer machine broke twice which resulted in an overflow onto my now stained carpet Review from Google
Mar 2019: The manager is very friendly and willing to help. Although the apartments are very outdated they still are nice. There is TONS of animals which means TONS of fleas. My boyfriend and I never had a animal and we were constantly seeing them when we vacuumed. They would jump on your shoes as you walk by. Not sure if they are immune to what they spray or what but it’s crazy. The maintenance staff sucks. They have one good guy he’s been there awhile and is very nice. The maintenance manager is a jerk and he’s no help what so ever. There are tons of other places with nicer apartments downtown. Review from Google
Mar 2019: Very clean place... outside landing very good... prices are fine.... housing are fare Review from Google

Feb 2019: Very nice place! I like how you can pick what kind and how big the room you want. Small but that's good for me.
Feb 2019: This apartment complex is, sincerely, the absolute best place I have stayed at during my 6 years in Gainesville. I used to constantly have to move to new apartments after the one-year lease expired due to issues (such as not following through with maintenance requests). However, this complex is impeccable about immediately resolving any issues. I have never stayed within an apartment before where I actually feel cared about by the staff and management until now--Arlington Square truly goes the extra mile and every aspect of their service (and property) is amazing! Just some examples: the office promptly returns phone calls and emails, every member of the staff always makes you feel welcome when you visit the office, my maintenance requests were attended to that very same day (which I have never experienced at another complex), and everyone working there is highly passionate about making sure you're happy in your apartment Review from Google
May 2018: Best apartment complex in Florida! The location is top notch, located steps away from the best restaurants in Gainesville. The staff has been willing to bend over backwards to accommodate any requests I have had, especially Terence. If you ever need anything, don't hesitate to ask for him! I am beyond pleased with my experience at Arlington Square! would recommend to all my friends! Review from Google
May 2018: I’m very glad I got the chance to experience Arlington my junior and senior year at UF. My previous apartment was very problematic but Arlington is a quality apartment with quality workers! I chose to resign for a second year because I love how affordable it is, how nice they keep it (especially the pool), and how polite and accommodating the office workers are. Going into the office you know all the managers and they’re always smiling and happy to help. Especially Terry, he was always helping get my mail and would help me with anything I needed. Overall, a greater place to live. I know my roommates and I enjoyed our 2 year stay! Review from Google
May 2018: Arlington Square is the best place to live in Gainesville! I have lived in Gainesville for 4 years, and I have experience with many of the other properties around town. I mean it when I say that none are quite like Arlington Square. The location is perfect, and the staff has always been there to help with anything I need. If you ever need anything while living here, ask for Terence in the office! He is incredibly bright and is always willing to help with any problems that arise. Overall, I cannot recommend this apartment enough, I feel safe here and I truly love where I live. Review from Google
Apr 2018: Excellent place to live! I lived at Wisteria Downs 3 years and can vouch for the excellent service and professionalism of the office staff and maintenance personnel. Maintenance is performed quickly. The complex and neighbors are quiet. One minute walk to downtown nightlife. The managers also sponsor occasional cook-outs and free snacks. The apartments have great storage space and feel large. Review from Google
Apr 2018: Great staff. Timely responses and extremely helpful. Always a pleasant mood in the office, and every effort made to rectify the small item that needed to be replaced in the bathroom (shower head). didn't realize people got so attached to theirs! ;) Review from Google
Jan 2018: Hands down, the best bang for your buck in all of Gainesville! Downtown restaurants and shops, farmers market, Depot Park, and the Hawthorne Trail are just a handful of Gainesville treasures that are walking distance from Arlington Square. Biking and busing to campus is easy as well. Overall, Arlington Square is perfect for people wanting to get the most out of Gainesville and discover what makes this city great. The office and maintenance staff are also extremely friendly, personable, and willing to help no matter what. Review from Google
Dec 2017: Coming from a horrible apartment, I expected the worst & was prepared to hate it. Best place ever! Upon move in, looks like nobody else has ever lived there. Perfect walls, floors, everything! Beautiful. The office is super nice & helpful, Nettie is always so sweet! I've never had a problem. Such a great place to live for the price & location. Some even have skylights, a great plus! The only downfall is parking. Whenever I have people over, I've always found another solution. But if you park in the parking lot, you will get towed in 5 minutes. My own car got towed once because I had the decal on the inside of my car, rather than the outside. But the office was super nice & helpful about it. Overall, I strongly suggest living here to get the full Gainesville downtown experience. Walking distance from anywhere downtown! Super fun lifestyle :) Review from Google
Nov 2017: Overall, a great apartment complex to live! The location is great and if you have a dog walking to Depot Park or the other surrounding parks is a breeze! We enjoy living in this vibrant part of Gainesville! We did encounter a few problems when we moved in but management has been great - very accommodating and kind. In particular, Nettie Laddie often helped us and she was always very understanding and would promptly try to help us the best she could. The units themselves are fairly spacious and bright (depending on which unit you get). The only recommendation I would have is for management to ensure that the apartments are more "move-in ready" when they turn over the keys. We had several small problems with our unit that took quite a while to fix (such as a leaky faucet that took about 3 weeks to fix) and the unit we live in is a little run d Review from Google
Oct 2017: Been living here for almost a year and a half so far, and I've had a great experience. A cute townhouse with spacious bedrooms and walk-in closets in the thick of downtown, a short jog from Depot Park and the Thomas Center gardens, and just a few steps from Starbucks, Maude's, and all the downtown restaurants. The staff has been helpful with just about every situation we've had. Recently, my scooter was about to be stolen by a man and the Arlington Square staff stopped him and called the police, saving me all the trouble that goes with a stolen scooter. Also a very dog-friendly community. Great place to live and my favorite place I've lived in Gainesville as a UF student, would definitely recommend. Review from Google
Sep 2017: I've lived here for a few months. The location is wonderful for popping downtown and the apartments are gorgeous. Sometimes it can take a few days for maintenence, but they always get things taken care of kindly and conviently. I love living here and (since it's pet friendly) my cat does too! Review from Google
Jan 2017: I lived here fora year and made friends for life. The pool is fantastic, I had many a wonderful cookout in the picnic/feeling area. Great parking, just be careful if you don't have a parking decal YOU WILL BE TOWED! Whenever there was a maintenance problem it was resolved very quickly. Great prices for a great place. Review from 01/01/2017 on Google.
Sep 2016: Arlington Square has been by far the best living experience I have had in Gainesville. Of all of the Collier Companies that I have been subjected to, Arlington is the one complex that stands out among the rest. I have lived on campus, college manor (horrible management and employees, even worse facilities), campus walk (has bedbugs), Arlington square and now LUX13. The management will work with you, help you, and take care of you at Arlington square. I would recommend Arlington square to anyone who wants to live in downtown, only 0.7 miles from campus.
