Sep 2009: The location is okay but unless you own a bike, it's still a 10 - 20 minute walk to a lot of classes. The skylight makes it a happy place to be in the daytime and the setup is comfortable, but the apartments are old and mine came with some tile in the bathroom torn and a sloppy paint job near the baseboards. If this apartment was 500 or 600, it would be a much better buy, but since it's 750$ + utilities that they don't pay for, which puts my average bill to around 1000$, it really isn't worth it. I've seen friends with much better living situations for half the price. Review from Google
