All utilitiesincluded, fully furnished, laundry in unit, very secure complex, building connected to parking garage, 🏊 pool, study rooms, game room and newly renovated gym. One of the nicer and definitely safest apartments in Gainesville which explains the higher price point. 🚶 walking distance from campus or downtown with frequent busses across the street as well.
