It is located at NW th St, Gainesville, FL , which is about a minute 🚶 walk from campus. The room comes with a private bathroom and 🚶 walk-in closet, the apartment is fully furnished, and rent includes all utilities except 💡electricity, which has been about $/month for me. I&#;m asking for $/month for rent, a reduced rate from the standard unit pricing of $/month. Additionally, I am willing to cover the price of parking, which is an additional $/month.
