Hi, Loading...

Jun 2019: I lived here when I first came to Florida. It was very easy to move in here. Pretty much immediately... Madeline definitely has alot on her plate.... as she is running the entire complex. Any time I had an issue, she was on top of it. Like I said. Theres alot of units, so yes it can take 1-4 days to get things looked at and fixed... we had all new appliances... first floor on the corner. Unfortunately the dumpsters did over flow alot. But Steve the maintenance guy was ontop of it. And everything else. I really appreciated him. Now let's get to the pool that always is claimed to be under construction. I actually left because they hiked the rent up - and I didnt feel it was justifiable. They said the extra money would go to pool repairs. I have a friend who I recommended to this place. And a year and a half later, it's still not fixed. It would have been nice for my daughter to play in the pool during the hot as what summer Review from Google
Apr 2019: DO NOT MOVE HERE ! This location is terrible . The service is terrible. I lived there for two years, was told the pool would be fix by the summer. NEVER was fixed. The roach problem is so terrible they will only come spray. They won’t come bomb it because the roaches will come back. My AC unit was broken for 4 months, it took for us to find the owners name on the business bureau because Madeline (the property manager) would not give the owners name. Once we called him mysterious our AC was fixed two days later. We had work orders that were NEVER fulfilled. When it was time to move out they tried charging WAY more than so we couldn’t get our deposit back. I would recommend this person for they last dollar Review from Google

Aug 2017: The only reason I am giving this place 1 star is because there is no option to give 0. Living here for a year was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in an apartment. The apartment was infested with mold and their idea of "fixing" this was to paint over it. Painting over things was also their way of "cleaning" the apartment before we moved in. The sinks and bathtub were sloppily painted over and there were cockroaches painted into the walls. The fact that they think these apartments are worth $1,000 a month is a joke. Review from Google
Jun 2017: The property manager for Watson Real Estate- is great! She really works with you and is understanding and super easy to get along with. I was a little hesitant about the neighborhood, but have not had a single issue. Some minor problems with the apartment but nothing that I cannot fix myself. Also, maintenance may be slow but you gotta hand it to the guy. There is one of him and 60 something apartments to handle. I think the price is absolutely acceptable for what you are given. I have intentions of renewing my lease when it comes up. Review from 6/4/17 on Google
Jun 2017: This is a quick fix if you have nowhere else to go. But I hated this place with a passion. I woke up to random floodings in my house due to the plumbing failures. Maintenance would come out to "fix" things and they really don't fix much. They claim they do, but it somehow gets broken the next day. Please, shop early and find a decent apartment. This place is not good. Review from 6/1/17 on Google
May 2017: They never gave me my security deposit back and wouldn't explain why (because there was in fact no logical reason). Review from Google
Jan 2017: PCI SECURITY IS DOING A FANTASTIC JOB THEY ARE SLOWLY CLEANING UP THIS NEIGHBORHOOD AND MAKING A AWESOME PRESENCE WITH THEIR OFFICERS THERE THANK YOU GUYS FOR MAKING IT A BETTER NEIGHBORHOOD Review from 1/3/17 on Apartment Ratings

Aug 2016: Unreliable office hours. This place is not worth 850. Walls were painted over dust and duct tape, when we moved in. Water gets cut off randomly. Old shower heads. Damaged doors. Been waiting to have our balcony rescreened for 5 months now. AC freezes up frequently. Damaged bathtub. Paint on carpets from painting the walls. not worth it. Review from Google
Jun 2016: I lived here for 3 years and the apartment I rented had tile and wood flooring. would recommend to college students are people starting families! Only thing I will say is that their service guy is kind of slow. I had an over filled gutter that would leak water onto my balcony and it took them a month to finally fix it. Review from Google

Sep 2015: This place is ridiculous. I live in an owned condo. The staff here is a joke. The maintenance man rides around on his cart smoking cigarettes and talking on his phone. When I go into the office he is mostly sitting on the couch. They leave notes about how we, the residents, need to make our community clean and safe. For one, their office hours are form 10am to 3pm if they feel like it. I have gone to the office several times during their "open" hours and they have been closed. The grounds are disgusting. The dumpsters are always over flowing and there is always trash all over the place. And nothing is ever done about it. Review from 9/26/15 on Apartment Ratings
Aug 2015: Truly a bad experience in every aspect. Lived here for 3 years (2 under different private owners) but the last year was with the power of the complex. I must say this was by far the worst service and apartment I have lived in the past 6 years in Orlando. Where do I begin; I have had issues with my mail box being broken for about 3 weeks and no one was able to fix it due to the manager being on vacation. Which had nothing to do with the maintenance guy. (After I my self fixed it it later broke again and after my own vacation there was a wasp nest inside.) Initially the apt was handed with spotted carpets and switches not working (some sparked) to which they never were truly fixed. just replaced. I have had issues with the office opening my mail before but to avoid lawsuits I let it slide. But they have done this to a friend of mine before. Our Review from Google
Jun 2014: Lights in some places were out but it seems management may be trying to fix up the place and doing their best to resolve complaints. Be sure to ask about reasonable time to get some thing fixed and the consequences or any guarantees that they may have.
Jun 2014: It used to be a cheap place but there is a lot to be desired. The AC does not seem to work and it takes a long time to fix it. Eviction notices does not seem to follow any reasonable appeals process but rather they are the judge jury and executioner. Oh well, it is what it is. Pay attention to the lease contract and ask any questions that you may have doubts on.
Jun 2014: You can hear all your neighbors especially whenever cops have to show up. I guess sound proofing is not very good. Check to make sure if there is cable in every room because when I was there cable is only in the living room.
