Feb 2018: Rented a room here for a weekend stay through AirBNB. Couple was very pleasant! No sho s in the house was the only rule. I would definitely rent again. Oct 2017: I have been living here for about 2 years now and it has been an amazing experience. The amenities like the pool, gym, basketball court, doggy park, and much more are always well maintained and fun to use. The management staff in the office cares about our needs and wants and are always catering to us. Maintenance always respond quickly whether it is a work order or an emergency, we can always rely on them. Last but not least, the location is great, next to UCF and Waterford which has many shopping stores, and food choices. Review from Google
Oct 2017: I lived there for 3 years in college and absolutely loved it. I had to move due to a job relocation. The office and maintenance staff are awesome. The location is great. I never felt unsafe once. I loved how it was close to campus but just far enough away from the college scene. I used to walk to Waterford to run errands which was really convenient. They managed to drill out the lock on the passenger side door, steal all four of my cardinal red leather seats and stole the hood off the front of my vehicle. Management has not worked with me or contacted me for guidance on how to handle the issue or at the minimum an apology. In a location where I pay $1,350 for a one bedroom, there should be some obligation to make sure your tenants can park their vehicles safely in the lot.

May 2017: After living in different cities and different apartments, I can feel confident in saying that Victoria Place has by far been the best living experience yet! Staff are accommodating and hospitable, maintenance is friendly and quick to arrive, and amenities are fantastic! Love the pool and cabana area especially.

If I ever have any questions the front office is super friendly and eager to help. If I wasn't moving to New York, I would probably stay here for another 3 or so years. They cater to everyone of my requests and are the friendliest people I have met. Christina and Sylvia are always on hand and stop whatever they are doing to assist me. Maintenance is super fast (usually next day) and very easy to put in a request. The neighborhood is quiet, and very clean I am so happy here! The pool is so big and the hot tub is perfect for those "florida cold" days. Living here has been amazing and I cannot wait to renew my lease!

The staff is great always willing to help even with concerns not pertaining to the apartment. Maintenance is always prompt and respectful. I love taking walks around the lake and that the path is always clean. The dog park is a cute addition.

Everytime I go in the office, they go above and beyond to be personable instead of just doing their job. The dog park has been a great addition as well. Could not be happier with an apartment complex. Although, maybe move that dumpster away from the maintenance workshop as it makes it extremely difficult to get in and out if I want to clean my car.

My dryer is still not very good but works. The blinds got replaced and every other complaint was resolved. Staff was always polite and helpful. Maintenance is still very good as well. Looks like they improved a lot.

It has been a very stress free transition right from the start. Aaron O'Brien and Christina Ross have been there to help me every step of the way. You wont find a more helpful and friendly staff anywhere else. The apartment complex is beautiful and has many great facilities. The price is affordable and location could not be better right next to Waterford lakes. You can park anywhere and you never run out of room. My roommates and I have felt very safe and comfortable living here the past two years.

I find rent expensive, but in good company with the other over priced apartments in this area. It is very close to my work and to great places to eat. I can walk to the movies or Pier One and Barnes and Noble. I feel safe living here, and it is pretty quiet. The pool is beautiful, and the gym is nice. It's beautifully maintained, and is like a mini-resort amidst the sprawl of East Orlando. A nice place to live.

It's walking distance to the movies, shopping, restaurants, etc. The staff here have been fantastic as well. Their customer service is wonderful and are always willing to help. I haven't had any major issues while living here. Although I will say, do not ever choose to live on the second floor. Very noisy neighbors! I would definitely renew here.

The management is very friendly and if you have any problems they fix it right away. The location is also a big plus because Waterford Lakes Mall is right next door and there are tons of stores and restaurants there! There is a mix of families and students here but in my experience everyone is very respectful and nice to one another. Overall this is a great place to live!

The location brought me in, and it is in a very convenient location to everything that Waterford Lakes has to offer. They also have a very nice pool and decent grounds. The staff is average, and it seems like they are trained to sell property and that's about it. Once you're in they don't really seem to care about your issues. I have complained several times about my AC unit and its inability to cool during the summer. I have had a power bill almost $200 a month for 3 months AFTER the techs came and "fixed" it twice. When I inform the staff of maintenance issues or if I am trying to pick up a package, they act as if I am an inconvenience to them.

I have lived here for about 9 months and really have few complaints. Compared to my stay at University House, this is like heaven. When searching for apartments, I was looking for a place that had a lot of qualities and Victoria Place was really the only one that was able to accommodate all of my needs. I was looking for a three bedroom apartment, with spacious closets in each room, a decent sized kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit, pet friendly, a range of leasing options, a gym, and a decent sized pool.
