I had to move to the west coast due to a job opportunity. University house was a great place to live and I would have stayed if I could have. I lived in one of the upstairs units in the townhouse version. It has a private bathroom with 🚶 walk in closet. Price includes all utilities and parking. no caps on any utilities. Amenities include a parking garage that allows you to park on your floor, a giant 🏊 pool, hour gym, and a clubhouse! The roommates that live there are easy to get along with. They are all 👨 male and preferably would want another 👨 male to move in. 2 of them are sophomores at 💛 UCF, and the other one is in school to become a EMT/ firefighter. The rent now for a townhome is $ but I am willing to take $ to get it off my hands. Please let me know if you are interested or want more pictures of the place itself! -
