Hello! I am looking for someone to sublease my room at University House. Our apartment is a 4x4 and each person has a private bedroom and bath. My rent is $ a month and the last two months (June and July) are paid for:) Move-in date is August th and this lease lasts through July but again, the last two months have been paid for.
In addition to my room, there are 2 other/extra rooms available to sublease. The two rooms are $ a month and that is because they signed a little bit later than I did which is why it is a bit more expensive than my personal room. Our fourth roommate is still figuring out whether she is staying in the apartment or moving into a different room, so there may be four possible bedrooms open.
But for now, there are 3 for sure rooms available and University House is by far the 🎇cleanest, nicest, and prettiest apartment. The only reason I am looking for a subleaser is that all my classes are online and I would rather stay home.
Again, my rent is $ a month- utilitiesincluded and there is a 🚌 shuttle available to and from school (💛 UCF.) There are a nice gym and 🏊 pool available for use as well. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions:)
