Hey everyone, I live in a studio apartment on the 5th floor at University House and I am looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease for June and July. I am moving out because I just graduated and have no reason to stay in town. The patio overlooks the Zen Garden , and uHouse in general has been a pretty good place to live.
The apartment comes full furnished with a bed, dresser, chair, big 📺 tv, personal washer/dryer, dishwasher, ⛄ fridge, couch, desk, coffee table, bathtub, all the main items you would expect. This price also includes wifi, 🌊 water, and 💡electricity and there are no overage fees. Although 💛 UCF is online right now, there is usually a 🚍 shuttle that comes right to the apartment, and it&#;s within 🚶 walking distance of campus. The leasing office has a model unit you can check out ahead of ⌚time.
UHouse has a nice 🏊 pool, parking garage, gym, computer, printers, and all of the facilities you would generally want.
