**no CAP ON UTILITIES***Im absolutely in ❤️love with UH and am sad to be leaving but Im moving into a house with my 🏆best friends. The town home style i live in is beautiful with a really cool spiral staircase to
the second floor of the apartment. I ❤️love how much extra room we have it doesnt even feel like theres actually four 👩 girls living there! Roommates are very friendly 👩 girls we mostly have opposite schedules but they are fun and easy to talk to when we do hang out. I felt like we were all very similar in 🎇cleanliness, the house is usually very 🎇clean and everyone is good about taking turns in helping 🎇clean the common areas, taking out trash, and doing dishes. Any ⌚time theres ever a small issue (example: music being played loud) we let each other know in our group chat and everyone so far has been very respectful and listens the first ⌚time an issue is brought up (Ive had many encounters with roommates who do not listen to your concerns even when you ask nicely so i appreciated this SO much). Some extra info: they allow ESAs but one roommate is allergic to most animals. But i did have a cat and i kept her downstairs and it wasnt much of an issue. The apartment is RIGHT next to almost everything from the office, 🏊 pool, gym, and some outside parking spaces. Its even a 2 minute 🚶 walk to Walgreens from my front door! There is a parking garage for resident parking as well as some additional outside parking spots. We are on the first and second floor and have a balcony (patio?) on the first floor. Yes we have a 🚌 shuttle and the 🚌 bus stop is rigtht outside my 🌉 gate near my front door. I usually watch the 🚌 shuttle pull up from my window in my bedroom and if i leave immediately i always catch it.
