- 9 month lease
1 bedroom in 4 beds 4 baths.

I’m looking for someone to take over my lease immediately (move-in date is flexible). This is a room in an all-👩 female 4X4 apartment with a private bathroom and shared kitchen/living room.

WiFi and utilities included in the rent.

Rent price on the lease is $, but I would be willing to take off $/mo if I can find a tennant before the end of November.

Lease ends July , with an option to renew.

Room comes furnished with a full-size bed and mattress, a desk, a nightstand, and a dresser.

The room includes a large 🚶 walk-in closet, and plenty of storage room under the bed. There’s also a small towel closet in the bathroom

This is the biggest room and bathroom in the apartment with ample space for storage and furniture. There’s a small hallway connecting the door and the room that blocks out any light coming from the kitchen.

The bathroom includes a shower with a large, deep bathtub (perfect for bath bombs).

The kitchen is medium-size and it comes with a ⛄ fridge, oven/stove, dishwasher, and plenty of cupboards space. There’s a bar attached to the kitchen with four barstools.

The living room includes a large 📺 tv (with cable included), a couch, and a coffee table. There’s also a balcony overlooking the parking lot (so you can tell when your friends arrive).
The apartment is located on the second floor right above the 💛 UCF 🚌 shuttle stop. It takes literally seconds to get to the stop.

There are 3 other roommates in the apartment. All of them keep the common areas 🎇clean, and 2 of them have mini ⛄ fridges and pantries in their room, so there’s plenty of space in the kitchen ⛄ fridge/pantry. They’re all very respectful of each other’s space and always let you know ahead of ⌚time if they’re having someone over.

I would keep my lease, but my family recently moved closer to campus, and it’s a lot more affordable for me to live with them.
