I am subleasing my room at University House starting April 1st through July st. The apartment is 2 mins aways from 💛 UCF, it is fully furnished, it is a 4x4 so you get your own bedroom and bathroom. The 👩 girls that live there are really nice and anyone rarely makes noise. Sadly I’m moving but would have renewed otherwise.
Rent is $ and includes parking, utilities (💡electricity, water/sewer, trash disposal) *no CAP*, wi-fi Internet, and premium cable📺 tv as well.
The apartment complex has a really pretty 🏊 pool, a 🏊 poolside clubroom, group study rooms, -hour fitness center, and basketball and sand volleyball court. A 💛 UCF🚌 shuttle🚌 bus also passes through every couple mins and takes you to 💛 UCF.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
