*Cat-Friendly and 👩 femaleRoommates*
Move-in day is flexible! In the floorplan picture, Bedroom B is available for sublease. The rooms are rented individually, and utilities are included in the rent cost. The washer and dryer are in the unit, and the closet is a 🚶 walk-in from the bathroom. The apartment complex has many amenities such as a 🏊 pool, study rooms on each floor, a 🏊 pool table and computer room, a basketball court, a volleyball area, and a 🚌 shuttle to 💛 UCF.
The lease that is already in place is $870 but the roommate is offering to pay $100 of the rent for the 3 months to lower the price. Parking is $20 a month to park in the garage (which is included in the rent price listed), which makes the rent $870 instead of $850. If the lease is transferred and the new resident does not have a car they will have to talk with management to get the $20 monthly fee removed (making the new price $850 but actually $750 after given the $100).
The room is furnished (by the complex, so the furniture can not be removed) including a full XL bed frame and mattress, end table, desk and chair, and a 4 drawer dresser (that splits in half if wanted). The living room is also furnished by the complex with a couch, armchair, coffee table, 📺 tv stand, and 📺 tv. All other decorations and/or furniture in photos belong to the current resident. (Both pictures of the apartment when first moved in [that are available], and how it currently looks are attached.)
*Pets Continued* Cats only allowed by permission of complex, see their website for more information (https://uhcentralflorida.com/). The current resident does have a cat, so the renter should be okay with animals.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
