Aug 2019: I walked in here yesterday to inquire about an apartment and the lady in the office was very nasty and rude. I asked her for information about the pricing, the fees and the process and she was just rude. She didn’t want to give me any information because she said there was a waiting list. I asked her how can I get on the waiting list and she was just saying no the waiting list goes out 2 years it’s a long wait. I then told her that’s fine I’m in no rush how can I get on the list and she refused to give me an application to join the list until someone else came and gave me a paper to be added to the list. I was interested in being a future resident but I wouldn’t want to live in a place with rude management. I’d give 0 stars if I could. Review from Google
Aug 2018: The property is very low income yet some are paying over 800.00 dollars definitely not worth it!!!!there is no security even though there is a security guard on the weekend.not safe at night!!!and because people are paying different prices of rent there is a lot of conflict between nabors everyone is in you business not a peaceful place to live!!!! May 2018: Neighbors have been very unwelcoming to me. Ever since my arrival on August of 2017. Have two neighbors who have been gossiping and feeding ever since my arrival and it has yet to cease. The family members of the black man. Who live directly across from my entrance door to my apartment in the next building. Were coming and going. It appeared at the time staying. From the beginning of November 2017 to the end of April 2018. Never to reach a conclusion with him and or the other neighbor. Who at this time was always in the kitchen using steak knives on her counter. At a regular daily minute to minute pace. As it appeared she was starting to become more and more scared of his actions. Then I was starting to become. The neighbor below me is black man and he appears depressent. Well the woman along side is a white woman who appears to be a shut in. Review from Google
Sep 2017: Worst place to live maintenance and management dont want to repair anything and when they do cause another problem as well as treat tenants with disrespect when notified about a problem Review from GoogleSep 2017: ***DO NOT MOVE HERE*** Although the staff and maintenance people are nice and try to be helpful the property manager is horrible. The property is in desperate need of updates and repairs however the manager does nothing but make excuses and put bandaids in place of updating the necessary problematic issues.
I am currently out on medical leave and have a 2 yr old. I call monthly for problems like a 40 yr old ac unit that continuously breaks down, plumbing and now no electricity due to an ancient breaker that needs to be replaced right before a hurricane. Not an outage in my area, but ancient equipment that the manager says tough luck and good luck surviving the storm.

Along with constant issues of being called out to fix various issues they have now declined to fix a bad breaker before hurricane irma is suppose to hit. We are now stuck without power for at least two days but also have to try and drive through a storm to get somewhere that we can stay due to their negligence and unwillingness to fix the problem. Maintenance will do what they can but management in the office is your worst enemy here. Look else where if you were hoping to stay here. Review from Google

Aug 2016: While looking for apartments I came across this one. The staff was nice at first but as soon as your start asking questions they get nervous & instead of answering , they get hostile & start pressuring you to sign the lease today because if not the apartment wasn't going to be available after we left. The "staff" is very unprofessional. Not even worth your time. I asked if I could review the lease before committing to the apartment & was accused of wanting to "sublet". Then later told that I wouldn't even get a copy of the lease if I signed with them. That was obviously going to be an issue especially because every tenant has a right to a copy of any documents they commit to signing. The property isn't even worth your time or money. Dec 2015: Very HORRIBLE stay. Great apartments, but the management is very rude and disrespectful. don't move here if you want to be mistreated. They will treat you nice at first, and then you'll be shocked. The management is poor, and don't know how to run their business well. Clearly they don't know whats going on and need sincere help. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want a horrible apartment experience.
Take my advice. Find another apartment.
Review from 12/20/15 on GoogleMar 2014: I give Tuscany at Aloma an OK rating. I think the management does the best they can to take care of residents. They are pretty nice, but the new lady doesn't seem to know how to relay a message...The neighbors are what pose a problem. I had my satellite dish stolen and have seen cops come a couple times since I moved in August. I had someone try to open my door 5 times thinking it was their apartment and the doors actually open a bit so I had to install my own second lock. The maintenance people need more experience. There is only one that actually gets stuff done. I have a cigarette smoke aroma in my bathroom and daughter's bedroom that has not been resolved even after 4 to 5 maintenance visits.
