Apr 2020: Clean and quiet. Maintenance is fast and responsive, units are relatively new and well maintained. Great location near classrooms and sports complexes. Only downside is the on-campus regulations can be restricting if you are of age to drink/want overnight guests. Additionally, not considered a permanent residence so will try to kick you out during hurricanes/coronavirus.

Feb 2018: This place is right by the stadium and also near the arena along with the plaza with shops and restaurants. If you want to be on campus with apartment living feel, this is definitely the place to be.
