I am looking to sublease my room at Tivoli Apartments. The bedroom is in a 4x4 style apartment, on the first floor. The common area is already furnished, but bedroom is not. Amenities are included in rent, this includes: a 🏊 pool, hour gym, computers, printer, game room, and more. Wifi is also included. It also has a 💛 UCF🚌 shuttle that comes frequently all day. 💡electricity and 🌊 water is separate from rent, but has never been a high amount. My roommate next to me is also subleasing her place for the same price, so if you plan on wanting to move in with someone as well, that is definitely an option with this sublease.
