Hello! I’m Mel. I live at the Village at Science Drive, which is located 4 minutes away from 💛 UCF. I’m subleasing my room for $/month for 4 months. The move in date and price for the month of March is negotiable. All utilities are included - 🚌 shuttle🚌 bus and parking permit as well. The room has a private bathroom and a full 🚶 walk in closet as well as a desk nook. We also have a laundry room inside the apartment. My other 3 roommates are calm and collected.
**One of my roommates does have a loving therapeutic service cat. I’m looking for someone to move in as soon as possible. This property has a private /7 gym, 🏊 pool, computer labs with free printing, basketball court, and a volleyball court as well. Please let me know if you have any questions.
