Sublease available at the Village at Science Drive! I have Bedroom B which includes study nook, huge 🚶 🚶 walk in closet, and open floor space! My other roommate who is also leaving has bedroom D, which has the biggest closet in the entire unit, and also the most amount of windows! All 👩 girls unit! Building 4, close 🚶 walk to the 🚌 shuttlestop. 🚌 shuttles to 💛 UCF come every minutes. I am also about minutes away from Valencia. The 🏊 pool and gym here are my top favorite places to hangout and get a good work out in. I am ideally looking for someone to take over the lease for Summer/Fall , which would begin in August. If you take over my lease you will be paying less than what Village is currently charging new residents ($ a month) Because I have been here 2 years and I renewed immediately I pay a lower fee at just $ a month.
