Also before you sign the lease make sure you ask and go over the specific deals and the units that are on special and the monthly cost otherwise you may lose out on the deal.

Jun 2014: Make sure you document everything. This applies to not just the edge but also any future apartment place that has lots of people. Move in day is hectic and you want to get it done and over with but make sure you document every scratch, bump, or broken appliance and ask how long it will take them to fix it and what happens if they do not. They will try to charge you when you move out. From your perspective you remember but from theirs they have thousands of people and it can be a whole different worker who does not even know you. They also tried charging me for keys which I returned.
