Hi ladies! I am currently subleasing my apartment at the Verge at $ a month from January 1st-July st! It is a 1/1 in a 4/4 so it is your own room and bathroom. It is located on the first floor and is literally feet away from the 🏊 pool and clubhouse! My roommates are super friendly and 🎇clean. Also 🐕 pet friendly, so one roommate currently has a cat and is super sweet. Parking is free for residents, but if you would like your own personal parking spot, it is only $ extra a month.
