Excellent room at The Verge in a 2/2 with larger bathroom needs a 👩 female for a summer sublease through the office. I am paying full price for an empty room!! My 👩 daughter is home for the summer so we are paying rent for nothing. Therefore we will CUT A DEAL! we are charged a month! I will pay a month toward your summer rent so YOU get a nicer place for less and I don’t have to throw away each month for nothing. It’s a gorgeous property. Fully furnished. Awesome roomare she’s 🎇clean and she’s very nice. Quiet. not a partier. Respectful. The property and room is fully upgraded. New stuff. Lots of parking for guests. Big porch. Bottom floor. All furnished. Utilities and cableincluded in price. It’s only a minute 🚶 walk to campus but there are free🚍 shuttles that run every minutes if the apartment is right by a 🚍 shuttlestop. It’s fully 🌉 gated it is better to basic experience, but we ❤️love this community. Please help us and we will help you!!
