I&#;m subleasing my room at The Station on Alafaya for the Summer term (👩 girls only). Probably one of the nicest places for student housing near 💛 UCF. Its a 🎇clean two story 4x4 thats conveniently close to everything. Theres a 🚍 shuttle service that runs every minutes that goes to the center of campus and back. Rent is $ not including utilities, but I will cover utilities and some of the rent too if needed. Perfect for someone starting 💛 UCF in the summer and looking for somewhere to stay until their Fall lease begins.
