Hello, I have a room available that is in a student based community right next to 💛 UCF called The Station On Alafaya. It is close to 💛 UCF, downtown, Waterford lakes, and Valencia. The community is all cottage style homes. Ours is a stand alone 6 bedroom 6.5 bathroom house. Each person gets there own room and bathroom. The community was built 9 months ago and is brand new, we are the first to live there. It is fully furnished and comes with a bed frame and mattress as well as a dresser In the bedroom. The living room comes with 2 couches a in 4K 📺 tv with a coffee table and entertainment stand. Everything is individual leased so you are only responsible for your rent at the beginning each month. My roommates are all friends that I know and like, they are very easy going people and make very good roommates! If you were to take over my lease it would start from your date that you wish to move in and go until July st. The application fee is and the security deposit fee is , which you of course would get back when you move out. I am willingly to pay of the application fee, as well as a lump sum of dollars to you that would help reduce the monthly rent for 3 months (May-July) to .. Usually the rent is .. But I understand that may be at your high end so I would do the to help that. Utilities except 💡electricity are included and are unlimited. 💡electricity usually runs us about . each month.
