The bedroom is big enough, comes with a bed, desk, chair, and 2 dressers.
The bedroom has a big closet where you can store more than your own clothes.
The bathroom is a little small but it is perfect, it has everything a student need.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, ⛄ refrigerator, ☢ microwave.
The living room has a couch, table with 3 chairs and a &#;&#; 📺 tv.
There is a laundry upstairs with a washer and drier machine.
The back of the cottage has a big space where you can use it as a backyard to have fun with your friends, play with your pet, relax, etc...
In front of the cottage, there are parking spots where you can park wherever you want, or you can pay around $ to have a private covered parking spot.
This place has a nice clubhouse, you can use the 🏊 pool, gym, study rooms, 🍔 grill, sport court, sauna, etc...
The Retreat also has a space exclusive for you to play with your 🐕 pet.
Currently, there is only one roommate and he is in Brazil. Maybe he will not come back to 💛 UCF soon. The other roommate according to The Retreat is his brother. However, he is not coming to 💛 UCF, which means the cottage will be all your for a while.

Also, across the street, there is a Walmart, ⛽gas Station, CVS Pharmacy, Gamestop, and some 🍔 restaurants nearby.
The Retreat is located minutes away from 💛 UCF main campus and / from Valencia College
The Retreat has a private🚌 shuttle that goes to 💛 UCF every hour from 7AM to 8PM.
