My current roommates and I are moving out so I’m looking for someone to sublease my spot from January through July. Great location from campus plus a 🚍 shuttle that runs to campus all day and even gives rides to and from the local bars on weekend nights. Lots of amenities including: a computer room, Starbucks coffee machine, a golf simulator, gym, 🕶️ tanning beds, study rooms, a dog park, basketball and tennis courts and one of the 🏆best off campus 🏊 pools. My room includes a 🚶 walk in closet and our cottage is fully furnished. Additionally,it’s a 🌉 gated community so if safety is your issue fear no more. Willing to pay application fee!
