Hi! I am looking for a 👨 male to sublease my room at The Retreat Orlando for a move in date of January 1, because I am graduating. The Retreat Orlando is a luxurious 💛 UCF associated living community and is located minutes from the main campus and provides a free🚍 shuttle to and from campus. The room is in a Milledge floor plan cottage which includes 4 beds and 4.5 baths and comes fully furnished. The cottage is shared with 3 other roommates that are very respectful and easy to get along with. One roommate has two cats that are very calm and quiet and stay in my roommates room. This room has its own private bath and 🚶 walk-in closet. The home is next to the community&#;s resort style 🏊 pool and very close the clubhouse and -hour fitness center.
Total rent will be $ per month which includes 🌊 water, an 💡electric cap, and includes cable/internet access to every room. Call or text if intrested
