My room is one of four, and has its own private bathroom. Located upstairs, it sits apart from the other rooms and has a roomy closet. Downstairs is a common area (living room and kitchen, along with a sitting area). Roommates keep to themselves, are polite, and keep 🎇clean. All are 👩 girls, so looking for a 👩 girl only. The room comes furnished, with dressers, a desk and chair, as well as a mattress. There are no stains; the room has been kept 🎇clean. Kitchen has a new ⛄ fridge, and ☢ microwave and dishwasher are included. Laundry room is separated and has both washer and dryer. Utilities are also included in rent. The apartment is also very close to 💛 UCF, only about 2.5 miles away. The Quad also has a 🚌 shuttle service for those who don&#;t drive!
