The current price is because that is what I am currently paying from when I first moved in and renewed before the price went up. There is a $ deposit on the first month and all three of the current roommates are 👨 male.
The apartment is 2 stories. 1 bedroom is on the main floor while the other 3 are on the second floor. There is a big common area that includes a kitchen. Upstairs is where the washer and dryer are located. Appliances like a ☢ microwave, ⛄ refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher are all included.
The room you will be getting is room C which is on the second floor near the back.
My current roommates all keep to themselves and we all respect each other&#;s space. We don&#;t worry about each other taking someone else&#;s 🍕 food or supplies.
