I am looking for someone to take over my lease at The Pointe at Central from 8// - 7//. Rent is $ per month. You may move in as early as August 1st-perfect for band kids! The usual move-in is late August.
The lease is for 1 bedroom in a 4 bed, 2 bath apartment. You&#;ll be sharing the bathroom (current roommate is a really nice 👨 guy).
Must be a 👨 male (Complex won&#;t do 👨👩 co-ed unless you have 3 other people to sign with)

Lease is for Bedroom B, located in the center-left of the floor-plan.
This apartment has a great balcony and is conveniently located in the back of the complex. It&#;s very quiet back here, there&#;s always parking, and the view is great. This is by far one of the 🏆best buildings to be in.
The apartment comes with an in-unit washer/dryer and the inside is pretty spacious. It makes for a perfect college apartment. The kitchen appliances were replaced relatively recently.
All utilities are included but power has a cap of $. (It&#;s hard to go over the cap), this is tacked onto your rent.
The apartment is also fully furnished, the bedroom comes with a twin-size bed with plenty of storage space, there&#;s also a shed on the porch.
There&#;s a 🚍 shuttle to campus and a whole variety of amenities-tennis courts, 🏊 pools, a gym, a computer/printing lab, and more.
I can offer tours of the apartment.
I will cover the $ fee on your side, otherwise, you just need to fill out an application.
