As of June th, all spots at the Pointe are FULL, and this is the only option to get TWO rooms in the same apartment. So if you’re looking to live with a friend, this is a great option
Rent is ACTUALLY $ per month BUT I’m willing to give $ to whoever takes over the lease, bringing the average down to around $
