Hi, Loading...

Feb 2018: I've been living at the Glen for about 2 years now and have been extremely happy living here. The apartments are beautiful and best of all the people in the office are extremely helpful! A huge shout out to Lynn LaCombe who has been a beyond amazing help on multiple occasions! Review from Google
Dec 2017: I like this place overall. I moved into a first floor, 1 bedroom in Aug 2017. Why I like It: very close to UCF, close to stores and restaurants, nice and responsive leasing staff, cute apartments, pretty easy move-in process, no pests in my apartments, fairly low electricity bill, pretty quiet, plenty of parking, amenities like the pools, lounge areas, and beach volleyball. It's also very awesome when the leasing office occasionally throws holiday or pool parties. Downside: There are really no major downsides. Traffic can be bad on University blvd, the apartments are not brand new so they aren't in perfect condition Review from Google
Dec 2017: I love living here! And the Pool parties tgey host are AMAZING! The prizes were great last time! Amazing, caring staff! Update! Another year here and probably going to stay a third year! Love it! Review from Google
Dec 2017: My fiance and I moved in this year and we love it! All the staff members are super nice especially XXXX and XXXX. Yes, it is a little pricey because the apartments do look a little old inside but we consider it to be very comfortable. Whenever we ask for maintenance, they get to it as soon as possible, which is usually the very next day! We haven't had any issues thus far. We used to rent an apartment, 1/1 for almost $1,500/month, appliances were "fancy", third floor, terrible neighbors, terrible staff, and we absolutely hated it. We came here in July, we have a 1/1 on the 1st floor, the price is $500 less than the previous one, the location is great, UCF is two minutes away, and we couldn't be happier. Nov 2017: This place is awesome!! I moved in August and have nothing but great things to say. My experience started with the leasing agent XXXX who went above and beyond in making this place feel like home. Any time there have been any issues, maintenance and the staff in the front office have been welcoming and helpful. The outside balcony has a huge storage closet for all your extra stuff that you don’t use too often. There’s a 24 hour gym which is an awesome amenity along with a beautiful pool and a clubhouse where they hold a lot of great events with free food for the residents to get together and meet their neighbors. You can tell the staff care about making this a great experience for everyone, and with all that it’s still some of the cheapest housing in the area in a great location right off the highway and 5 minutes from UCF. Nov 2017: DO NOT IGNORE THE REVIEWS THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE... Me and my boyfriend have been living here for only 4 months and we have had problems from the start, I don't even know where to begin. First of all, we were shown a model when we first toured the place and our place looks nothing like it! The apartments are so old and falling apart. To begin with the outside it looks appealing to the eye but if you take a close look at the pools they are disgusting! I haven't seen the pool clean once except for after hurricane irma because there were leaves. Now about the apartment. We pay 1,000 ish dollars a month for a 1 1 and like I said the apartments are OLD. Review from 11/13/17 on Google
Sep 2017: After 2 years, I am sad to say that I have never had a more uncomfortable and displeasurable living experience at The Glenn Apartments like I have had in these past 3 weeks. I have been patient in dealing with many problems encountered with this apartment complex within the past year from "lost rent checks" to now, very untimely and still unresolved maintenance problems. I have always done my due diligence in paying my rent 2 weeks in advance and have made sure to vocalize my concerns immediately and consistently when a problem arises, however obtaining adequate service is always extremely difficult. Review from 9/4/17 on Google
Jun 2017: When moving in the model I was shown was the model I thought I was going to get at least a similar layout. After moving in I find out that the living room wall was awkwardly exceeding from what once used to be a fireplace. This was taking up useless space and I was forced to buy a special mount for my living room tv. As many reviews said they did say trash sewer and pest was included but when I looked at my bill it adds on a extra $35 a month for it. There are a lot of hidden fees so beware. I have asked for multiple things to be fixed which they respond fast but never fix the job correctly which makes me have to recall them out to get the same problem resolved. May 2017: If I could give this complex 0 stars I would..not even sure where to begin. Lets start with management, extremely rude pretty much every single one of them as soon as you sign the lease. Once they have you and your money trapped they could care less. Especially the property manager Lynn. I have lived here for over 2 years and have never had to deal with someone so coarse in all my life. I have been directly disrespected by her countless times. Worst attitude. don't let the smiles on the tour or the nice looking display model fool you, this entire complex, building by building, from the ground up is a disaster. Review from 5/29/17 on Google
May 2017: This place is very nice looking and it's pretty affordable but that's it. Everything to the eye is appealing but it is just to get you to sign the lease. The people at the front are the same way, nice to you because they want your money. The whole place is remodeled on the outside to give the appearance of a new complex but its old old. Everything was falling apart inside from the moment I moved in. The place is noisy day and night and they are now charging you for water, sewage, pest control, pet rent, washer and dryer rental, etc. Nothing is included so make sure you ask about all the hidden fees. Review from 5/13/17 on Google
Dec 2016: For the price range this place is great. Its clean, the staff are pretty friendly and they seem to always have events (haven't shown up for any because I'm a bit of a recluse) Since I've been here (less than a year ago), they've repaved the parking lot, repainted the doors (including the balcony), and installed a picket fence. Review from 12/17/16 on Google
Dec 2016: Try not to be fooled!!!! Just want to remind everyone, read your contract carefully before you sign it!!!!!! Since I'm tired of moving, so I just got my lease renewed at the end of October, and the new lease started at Nov. When I signed the new contract, I remembered clearly that I asked about if the trash, water, sewer fee had already included in the rent, and they said yes!!! And they did what they said for Nov. rent, which the water, sewer, trash fee still included in rent. BUT!!! When I pay the rent for the Dec., they told me the sewer, water, trash fee have already been separated!!! And they showed me the contract and said that's what I signed!!! OK! I admit I'm stupid since I never read the contract and just believe what the agents told me!! Review from 12/9/16 on Google
May 2016: This place is full of loud noise almost every day and night!!!! I don't know what they are thinking about! They almost blowed leaves and cut the grass everyday! You can't imagine that noise! If you want to sleep late in the morning because you stayed up for working, no way!!! Every day the noise will wake u up!!!!! To live here, it's the worst decision I've made!! Review from 5/10/16 on Google
Apr 2016: If I could give no stars I would. DO NOT LIVE HERE. The walls are paper thin, I can hear the people above me every time they walk and even have conversations, and especially do laundry. The maintenance team is lazy, cheap, do not speak english, and only respond to problems with a "quick fix". If for some reason you do decide to try out a tour in regards to getting a lease, do not sign until you demand to see the actual place you would be living at. The model isn't bad, but when we moved in we were EXTREMELY disappointed with the crap apartment they charge us for. Fake wood flooring droops down in bathroom, uneven in the kitchen and the corner of the walls are cracked. Review from 4/17/16 on Google
Mar 2016: Would not recommend living here. The prices are very high, the maintenance staff is incompetent except for one employee, and the leasing staff refuses to work with you on most issues (or lies to your face and never follows through). Moved here mostly due to the location. At movein the complex wasn't able to have the specific unit available that we had signed for, so we had to spend several days in a hotel while the maintenance supposedly fixed it up. Once we moved in, the AC went out not once but twice, and each time it took the complex several days of 90 degree weather to fix the issue. Review from 3/3/16 on Google
Dec 2015: Nice quite area. However, maintenance staff is incompetent when it comes to appliances & plumbing. Every Time you put a service request, a handyman goes and looks at and his diagnosis of the problem is that it is normal and nothing is wrong. You literally have to contact the office again and become confrontational to get it fixed. Appliances are old and are not regularly maintained. But you can continue to read on the reviews on this particular subject and validated what I am saying. Review from 12/30/15 on Google
Dec 2015: They're nice enough people but the apartments leave a bit to be desired. All the appliances are outdated, cabinets, sinks, etc. Everything looks poorly done including the carpeting, molding, etc. There is always mold in my toilet no matter how often I clean it, the paint in the tub is pealing, and the refrigerator has been leaking since the day I moved in. Unless some new management and serious remodeling happens I am not renewing my lease. Also it is a headache getting out of there in the am to go to school because of the side of the street it's located on. Review from 12/26/15 on Google
Nov 2015: Horrible... I cannot wait for my lease to be up. Whenever you put a work order in good luck on that. They don't come until days or even WEEKS later! And when they do come they don't let you know or set up a time accordingly, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU HAVE DOGS that they know of.... You can never depend on the maintenance crew to come. The office will tell you one thing and it'll be a whole other thing. The office crew acts all nice until YOU THE TENANT have an issue or concern or even simply just a question, they don't care. One lady gave me the nastiest sassiest attitude TWICE. Review from 11/22/15 on Google
Jul 2015: Staff is great! They are quick to the job and extremely helpful. The noise level is adequate. Rooms are spacious. We can not go out on our balcony because it floods. The only problem I had moving in was that the tile in my bathroom has water damage but that is fixable. Review from 7/30/2015 on Apartment Ratings
Jul 2015: The experience so far has been great. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The pools, appearance of the buildings, and grounds are kept looking very nice. The inside of my apartment was clean and in great shape at the move in date as well. Review from 7/28/2015 on Apartment Ratings
