Hi, Loading...

Oct 2019: Best housing experience I’ve had in Orlando. The complex is well maintained and the staff is great. Extremely safe and clean environment. Shannon at the office is extremely helpful and absolutely lovely. I would recommend the glenn apartment for both families and students. Very quiet and peaceful. The maintenance is ponctuel and very dedicated. Would give a high score if I could :) Review from Google
Aug 2019: Poor experience after two years. They just want you to sign a contract and then they don’t care about your comfort or lack thereof. Apartments might look nice on the outside, but they are extremely old and falling apart wooden buildings. They’ve switched management twice since I’ve been here and the latest team is the worst. Leasing office doesn’t even answer the phone anymore. Read the reviews and decide for yourself. Review from Google
Aug 2019: Lived here for a while. The real complaint is the pushing important things away like resident happiness and ability to focus and live. This is a complex that would like more students to live but be warned there is a lot of noise throughout the day and night, and they allow construction/renovations to be performed overnight. This has happened on multiple occasions especially more recently with the new management. I would advise against coming here if you need to sleep or need to be able to focus at any time without the fear of banging or construction or something going wrong with the place (walk into flooded apartment from ac leak or mold issues or you know, the things you wouldn't want to have to deal with paying 1400$ a month. Be warned.. Review from Google
Aug 2019: This apartment is excellent! Well priced for the area, almost everyone has a dog. The units are well maintained and even being renovated to be more modern. The grounds are well kept and the two main pools are very nice to relax and grille at. Also Shannon, who pretty much runs the office is your go to admin. She is the kindest person and always helpful! We plan on living here for a long time. Review from Google
Jul 2019: The new management is great, the manager is really helpful. The community experience was the best, it’s calm n quiet. The overall community is well maintained. Well maintained Gym and 2 pools are the highlights as well. All in all we definitely recommend the property. Review from Google
Jun 2019: I first came here about 6 or 7 months ago and dealt with the tall black girl i think her name is Sofia. She took extremely good care of me and showed me around, and the complex is beautiful and close to my school. I now have come back with my options narrowed down and i was dealing with a woman named Shannon, This woman is kinda rude, pushy and is not for the needs of the customer. I do not recommend this place if you have to deal with her. Review from Google
Jun 2019: If I could give them zero stars I would. This apartment complex has changed management 3 times in the 4 years I have been living here. This new management is complete garbage. I have left 5 messages for pest control and no return calls. The last person I spoke with advised that I should just go into the office. Complete joke. Save your money and do not rent from this place. Waiting for my lease to end so I can move. Review from Google
Jun 2019: I lived at TGA from March of 2018 to March 2019. During the time that I resided in the complex I have had nothing but lovely experiences particularly with the leasing team. From Lynn to Carmen to Sophia and Shannon, these ladies have offered absolutely STELLAR care and service at every single turn. Any small issue I've had have been tended to with due diligence and care but this property's wonderful team! I enjoyed my time at TGA and have been tempted to visit the office since I moved—that's the impact their consistently courteous and accommodating service has made! I can't vouch for the new management because I was moving already when they had taken over, but if they are keeping that fantastic team (and treating them well) they can't go wrong! I had a renovated modest first floor unit on property which was just what I needed while acclimating to Central Florida. Also, the on-site gym is great, it has good training equipment for boxing which can be rare Review from Google

Mar 2019: I have been living in a first floor 1 bedroom since Aug 2017. Why I like It: very close to UCF, close to stores but also still tucked away , no pests in my apartments, pretty quiet, have your own washer and dryer, plenty of parking, its quiet and pretty. Downside: a lot of stuff in the apartment breaks. Maintenance sometimes takes a very long time. Review from Google
Feb 2019: Very impressed with this apartment community. Me and my husband ended up closing on a house instead of renting our apartment however, we would recommend this property to anyone. Had a tour with Ms. Sophia and she made us feel right at home. We will recommend this property to all of our friends, family, and coworkers looking to rent. Great lasting impression!!!!! 5 stars! Feb 2019: Management recently changed and they revamped the rent/utilities payment process. They said they put notices on resident's doors (don't know my daughter didn't see one) but as someone who is on the lease and not living there, they should've mailed notices out. New payment process doesn't work on the web, you have to download an app and then can't pay the trash/pest/etc via that process which drives you to get a money order and drop at the office...what an unprofessional way to conduct business Review from Google
Jan 2019: Moved here in August, Really great first college apartment, Close to Ucf in a nice neighborhood. Absolutely no complaints. Staff have been very helpful Review from Google
Jan 2019: I've lived here for 2 years, and I plan to renew my lease for a third year. The apartments are nice, and the community is inviting. The three pools, gym, and office are always clean. The maintenance team is always friendly and they get requests taken care of in a timely manner. The office staff always have positive attitudes and are so helpful. My first year I rented a 2/2 with roommates, but when it was time to renew I had to find a one bedroom fast. The apartment manager was helpful with finding me a one bedroom here within the time frame of my move-out date. She helped make the process less stressful. I recommend these apartments to anyone in the UCF area needed quality and affordable living. Review from Google
Nov 2018: Lived here for two years. Friendly apt staff. They give free chic fila to tenants every few months and they throw us parties at the nice pool they have. Maintenance requests are completed promptly. About to resign my lease again! Review from Google
Nov 2018: This is my second year here but certainly my last. This apartment complex is pretty chill but not always obviously cause it’s down the street from UCF, but still a calm nice neighborhood, plenty of parking at least where I’m at. The amenities are a joke, most of them either break down and get fixed slowly, they call you and in some casss harass you for the slightest ridiculous problem, over charge for anything too. They have ridiculous rules like nothing hanging from balcony, plaza does it and no problems... Very inconvenient with replacing things. They’ll ask what time your available but it doesn’t matter they come on their time so what’s the point in asking that? I think the biggest thing is that the amenities are just useless and it feels like your wasting money here. I’m moving after my lease is up, there’s better places then Review from Google
Nov 2018: I’ve lived here for 2 years now and can easily say it’s been nothing but a really good experience. The buildings and rooms are nice, and anytime there is an issue, maintenance is there pretty quickly to fix it or help out. Someone from the maintenance team even helped fix my bike when they saw I was having trouble. I’ve always felt safe here, and neighbors keep to themselves, but are friendly. There’s a blend of students and families who live here so there’s a pretty respectful atmosphere. I totally recommend this place !! Review from Google
Aug 2018: Moved here in August, Got approved as an 18 year old with limited credit history. Really great first college apartment, Close to Ucf in a nice neighborhood. Absolutely no complaints. Staff have been very helpful Review from Google
Aug 2018: I moved into a first floor, 1 bedroom in Aug 2017. Why I like It: very close to UCF, close to stores but also still tucked away , no pests in my apartments, pretty quiet, plenty of parking, maintenance is good. Downside: Traffic can be bad on University blvd, the apartments are not brand new so they aren't in perfect condition. The online billing system is really really bad. Leasing staff has not been helpful Review from Google
Aug 2018: I've been living here for about 2 years and I have to say this place has been great to me however there were a couple hiccups in the road along the way. One being the constant change in staff and management which caused my rent to increase when I renewed. Other then that they have awesome amenities like the pool and the 24 hr gym and the neighborhood is beautiful. They have good maintenance I've only had a couple problems in my apartment after 2 years of living here and when I requested a work order they showed up as expected. Great first apartment would recommend checking this place out! Review from Google
May 2018: I had a great experience living here. Very quiet complex. I only had to move to be closer to work. I have lived in multiple different complexes in the UCF area....this by far is the BEST. Review from Google
May 2018: I have been here for 2 and a half months no problems with the complex at all, the leasing staff was very accommodating and helpful when i moved in allowing me to move in days earlier than i was supposed to, there have been some minor issues with the apartment and maintenance response is usually quick, Tony was the first one to come and introduce himself and came out and fixed the first couple of things, the last few times i have needed something done Kelvin has come, he has friendly, proffesional, and very efficient. Review from Google
May 2018: Great community and office, fantastic service & great apts!! Maintenance team is particularly helpful and attentive. I want to especially acknowledge Kelvin from the maintenance team for being extremely helpful to us recently. Everyone working here is pleasant and attentive to tenants. Review from Google
May 2018: This place is okay but I need to move because they do lawn care EVERY DAY. Every morning Monday-Friday from 8 AM to noon there are mowers and leaf blowers and weed wackers that are incredibly loud and annoying and I can’t stand waking up to this noise anymore. Is it really nessecary to do it every day? And sometimes the workers walk through the buildings and it sounds like they’re RIGHT next to you with a lawn mower. As a student I have a lot of late nights and do not appreciate being woken up like this every day. Also my place is designed very poorly, they only have one model so good luck knowing what your apartment is actually going to look like before you move in. Lastly my appliances are always broken. I’ve had so many maintenance requests put in. And they tell me someone will be by so I wait ALL DAY and all day the next day and t Review from Google
Apr 2018: I have lived here for 6+ Years. I have made the rounds to other non-student housing apartments in the area, and The Glenn is, by far, the nicest. I have always had quick maintenance and everyone in the office has been nothing but courteous to me. I have never had a complaint. Also, plenty of parking. Review from Google
Feb 2018: My roommate and I moved here because we needed a short term lease close to UCF. We didn't really have time to check out many other options and this seemed to be the most convenient. Aside from being somewhat close to campus, that's where the convenience ends.... Before we even moved in, when we were in the process of signing our lease the agent helping us received a phone call. She proceeded to answer the phone, no big deal, but rather than asking them to hold, transferring them to another agent or call back, she continued to have an extended conversation with them while my roommate and I were just sitting there. This should have been the first red flag. They already had our money, so the potential resident and new money was more important. Once we moved in, we had a 2 BR/2 BA unit that had not been remodeled. My roommate's shower did not h Review from Google
