Sep 2016: The Best in Winter Springs and Orlando Our experience with The Madison Riverwalk was great, from May 2015 to May 2016. The reason behind not renewing was we had to move to another city, otherwise we would have stayed forever. We lived in Orlando, while attending UCF, for two years. I was fascinated by the neighbor and the community, so I decided to move even though I was almost 9 miles away from UCF. Nevertheless, getting to UCF after that was only 20 min commute. The location of the community is the best. We walk 2 min to Walmart and all other shops and restaurants in the Plaza because the setting of the community is like the letter U, hugging the Shopping Plaza. Review from 9/17/16 on Google

Jun 2015: In the past two years this place has gone downhill. Children are always screaming in corridors. Dogs are always barking in the corridor and down the stairwells at all hours of the day. They replaced the best maintenance technician they had with five different people, all of which have access to everyone's apartments. The parking lots are not the best lit in the dark. Vandalism of the gates is also a common occurence as they are often rammed, leaving them wide open for anybody to come in. The courtesy officer rarely picks up the phone. If you have a question for someone in the front office, you better go in person. Very seldom does anyone pick up the phone, as they do not have enough staff to handle incoming calls. However, it is recently under new management. I hope to be writing another review with better impressions soon. Review from Google
Jun 2014: When we first moved in, Aug. 2013, we loved living here and was able to get questions answered and maintenance requests completed at a reasonable time. Every since Amanda left Shadow Creek, it is very difficult to get anything completed. It takes maintenance about a week to fix our leaking sink. We have two large dogs and asked them to call us when they were going to stop by (which they didn't do and left a note on our door each time saying they couldn't enter because of the dogs). When calling the leasing office, no one answers the phone. When you stop by, no one is there because they are always giving tours or on break. It is so frustrating working with the office (which is mainly Zerish at this time). She can't answer my questions, ever. I am looking forward to moving out in less than 2 months. We submitted our form, in person to Zerish, st Review from Google
Sep 2012: I have lived at Shadow Creek for a couple of months now and while I am absolutely in love with my own apartment and the amenities/community, I am extremely dissatisfied with the leasing office personnel. They have repeatedly miscalculated my payments and then charged me extra for their mistake. I've had to sign my lease more than once because of an office error on their part. There is way too little staff, which causes only 1 person to work at at time; this means that if a leasing agent is giving a tour or gone on a break, the leasing office is closed. Consequently, it is very difficult to get a hold of anyone in the office. In addition, phones calls are rarely answered and emails and calls are not returned in a timely manner. Once, I had a package (that I paid extra for faster shipping on) arrived on the day it was supposed to and becau Review from Google
Jul 2012: Do not live here! Major mold issues! If you are honest people who want to be treated properly, do not move here! My newborn son and my family were exposed to mold for over a year. When we reported it, they painted over it the first time and then sent an unlicensed company in to assess and remediate it when it came back through the paint. They repeatedly lied about the license status of the company and refused to have any testing done on the mold. We broke our lease and now they are harassing us with fees for doing so. In reality, they owe us a large portion of our deposit becuase we left the apartment spotless with them only having to have the carpets cleaned. We suffered damage to our belongings, extensive medical bills, costs of having a licensed company come out to assess the work of their unlicensed company, and many other financial, Review from Google

Jul 2011: Great amenities well kept grounds. Just had past issues with residents. Not the best class of residents in the past. If they fixed that then well worth moving to. Just do a seminole county police check for any issues in this complex to be sure. Review from Google
