I am looking to sublease my bedroom in located in Riverwind Apartments at Alafaya Trail. It is a nice, cozy, 4 bedroom apartment on the first floor. There are currently 3 other 👩 girls living there. They have lived there for over a year and have the apartment decorated nicely. 🐕 pets are welcome here. It is about five minutes from 💛 UCF campus. The apartment complex is quiet and relaxed at night. There is always a sheriff on duty every night. The bedroom has its own bathroom, desk, bed with a headboard, comfy mattress and spacious cabinets. There is cable in the apartment. The room also features a panic button in case of an emergency. I am looking for a subleaser ASAP so please feel free to email me with any questions or concerns.
