All utilities are included but the 💡electricity has a cap on it and if you go over the overage is divided by the roommates so it’s usually never more than dollars. The community itself is pretty quiet it has a 🏊 pool, the leasing office has an area for the residents with 🏊 pool tables and games and there’s a little 🎥 movie room that you can use as long as the office is open. The 🚍 shuttlestop that take you campus is right outside our door which is convenient if you don’t drive to campus. I’ve really enjoyed living here, let me know if you have any questions.
