I am currently moving away from campus. The staff have been kind, as well as the current roommates. This listing is for a bedroom & private bath (bedroom A in floorplan) in a 5 bedroom bungalow. This is the bungalow floor plan, and on the first floor (it has 9 foot ceilings in this bedroom only). My roommates say that my room is the 🏆best of the others, I think I agree with them due to the layout of the closet/bath and high ceilings. The leasing installments are $, this price includes parking, utilities range between $. We can arrange a move in date asap, the lease ends //, with the relet fee being split to $. I have been the only person to reside in the room over the past year. It is fully furnished with a queen size bed and 🚶 walking closet. The apartment is near campus is next to Publix, washer/dryer in the unit, 🚶 walk in closet, with furniture in the bedroom and living area. The gym is two stories and has plenty of equipment to use, they are constantly updating their amenities when they can. There is also a 🕶️ tanning bed and golf simulator available to residents. They have a resort style 🏊 pool which everyone enjoys using. If being outdoors is not your thing, there will also be an indoor study area in the clubhouse with free printing. Residents can park anywhere, and the guest are limited to the top floor. The staff is always kind and helpful, and deal with any issues residents have, I truly cannot thank them enough for the help they have given me over the past year. The roommates are also so kind and get along well. There are two dogs in the unit,one is a small dog and the other is medium size but kept on a leash.
They have the floorplan available for next year, so there is a possibility to resign for next year.
