Aug 2019: Holley has provided excellence service and knowledge to myself as well as my partners here at Promenade. Without her insight and great overall presentation, we would not have considered leasing here and openly acknowledge the experience we have had and are having here. We recommend Promenade at Aloma and Holley specifically to serve anyone looking for housing! Review from Google
Jul 2019: My husband and I are excited to move in! We love Moyra, she has been such a help to us! Very professional! Review from Google
Jun 2019: AWESOME home style community. Very Appealing community room next to swimming pool. I love the beautiful LANDSCAPING. Many Amenities even some home APARTMENTS have single or double car garages which is so rare and unusual for APARTMENTS. I love the serenity..peaceful...and quite ATMOSPHERE..I would highly recommend and suggest this place to anyone looking for a great place to live. If I didn't own my home I would really consider living in this community. I love the man made lake it's a beautiful setting with seating. Review from Google
May 2019: Good customer service! Moyra was very professional and friendly! Review from Google
Apr 2019: Finally moved out when I get a call saying they need “their” cable box back... I told the lady at the front desk that I ordered it and she said it’s in their name. I was confused but she sounded so sure... so I took it back, drove all the way to spectrum to turn in my modem and they asked me where the cable box was... would have given them at least 3 stars if I hadn’t just driven an hour and half for nothing. Apr 2019: ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! If I could give zero stars I would. Their front office is terrible. I was approved for an apartment. I pad them $400 to hold the for me so I can move in within the upcoming weeks. 2-3weeks later they tell me the apartment is no longer available. So I paid $400 for what? Then they said they wanted to stick me in another apartment that’s more expensive than the one I signed papers for. Then to add to the nonsense, they pushed my move in date back without my consent which means now I have to pay for a hotel for my family in between my move out date and upcoming move in date, get a storage unit and then pay for a moving truck twice instead of having my move out/move in date the same day as I originally had set up. Then all they say they can do is not charge me the difference for the new apartment which only ends up saving me $100 at the end of the year! They even had empty unleaded garage units and refused to let me use it as a storage for the few days when this was their screw up! I’m a new potential resident and that’s how I get treated? I get screwed out of hundreds of dollars for a hotel for my family now, have to pay for a moving truck twice, a storage unit for and I paid $400 for them to hold an apartment for me in which they didn’t hold Review from Google
Jan 2019: Recently things have changed, and not in a good way. The new manager is unfriendly, uncommunicative, and unavailable. Every time I have gone in, she is too busy for residents and her door is shut, regardless of time of day. I would almost think her absent, but for her giant Hummer parked outside. From what I’ve heard from my neighbors she is extremely reactive (rather than professionally proactive) to any issues that arise. If parking was bad before, it has certainly gone down hill. The staff seems to lack any motivation for action and mainly just shows up for a paycheck, which is a sad departure from previous years. This will be the last year I renew my lease, as long as this woman is on-site, which is such a shame as I’ve lived here over 6 years and have no desire to move. I only wish that Paul or Skylar would come back and bring that hu Review from Google

Jan 2019: There has been a change in manager and with this change it has changed everything. Things have changed and when I say change it’s not a great one. For starters parking has been horrible as of lately. Non residents have better parking then the actual residents. If I get home later than 12 I have to walk two buildings up to my apt. And that is not a great feeling when I’m an actual resident, doesn’t feel safe walking that far while pregnant. When I have brought it up I’ve been told “those people would be towed and that I can park in visitors”. Second thing I can’t seem to understand how it’s okay for a resident to have a car business right out of his garage. On the lease it clearly states it’s not permitted but yet nothing is being done. I know it’s a tricky situation but it’s policies and procedures. Thirdly, I have never Review from Google
Sep 2018: We absolutely love our apartment and the office staff! Skylar is an amazing property manager and both Holley and Halima are very kind and helpful. The maintenance staff are always on top of it and get you taken care of (especially Javier)! We have been here since 2013 and are surely going to miss it when we decide to buy a home in the future. Honestly I cannot say enough good things about this place. Some of these negative reviews on here are just ridiculous! While I always like to give people the benefit of the doubt the negative reviews are just so far from the truth. Everyone at the front office is amazing and they don't ever seem "forced" to be nice to you. They are truly wonderful genuine people! Poorly constructed apartments? The buildings might be a little older, but they have been getting steadily renovated and we have no com Review from Google
Sep 2018: I have been here for 4 months and have nothing but nice things to say. The management staff has been courteous and helpful with everything so far. I can't say enough good things about the maintenance team! Anything that comes up, they take care of quickly and efficiently. The community is clean and feels safe. The grounds are well-maintained. So far, I am very happy and would definitely recommend this community. Review from Google
Aug 2018: Speaking on what Loretta Foster said; some people actually do go through a lot at this apartment complex. For you to talk down to and belittle people's problems and concerns is very inappropriate. Good for you for having a pleasant experience but these issues are issues of their own as well as I have had my own. Everybody does everything at their own discretion and not always in an angry state. Hope you enjoy your time there. Review from Google
Aug 2018: I have read many reviews and still came by to give this property a chance and I am so happy I did. I have had nothing but great things to say about my home and this place. I am not one to usually write reviews, but when I keep seeing people complain about the same thing (their fault I might say) it makes me want to say something. The office staff is amazing, my neighbors are amazing, maintenance has been outstanding, and everyone is there to help. If you don't obey the guidelines and think you are invincible then things will happen, your fault, end of story. The problem is not many people write good reviews they only write when they are angry and to blame, but don't want to take the responsibility for it. So, thank you for being so accommodating every time I come in and making it an enjoyable place to call home. Review from Google
May 2018: Love my apartment, good, quiet neighbors, I feel safe living here with my daughter. Great office staff, Hollie and Skylar are amazing and caring. I've only had one issue in my apartment with the stove and it was fixed quickly. Review from Google
May 2018: I had some complaints that were out of managements control and I understand that. The staff couldn't be more helpful and actually care about their job. Review from Google
Mar 2018: Superficially, the complex looks pleasing until you take a closer look at the traits of these poorly administrated and constructed apartments. The management is lazy when it comes to financing, information, options and hospitality leaving the residents to find their own answers by other means. Only one office staff was fairly nice and somewhat reasonable, but when asked to speak to a manager about an issue they came off abrasively rude. The parking is absolutely horrendous, if you want friends & family to spend time with you they'll be lucky to find only one spot open for guest parking, every other spot is a towing sentence for your vehicle. You can park across the street but it tends to be risky having to walk roughly 10 minutes at night back to the residence. The walls are so thin that if you were two units away from your own you'd be able t Review from Google
Mar 2018: TL;DR Despite it's good location and aesthetically pleasing interior, the apartment is more trouble than it's worth with its brittle construction, pests and insufficient parking. Most importantly, its friendly but incompetent administration will affect you more than you think, especially when it comes to payments and communication. I understand that bad reviews are to be taken with a grain of salt, but please listen when I say: don't stay at Promenade at Aloma. Details below. Parking is a major issue among both residents and visitors. A valet trash fee of $20 a month is required; which was a nice service at first, but the office recently changed it to where residents could only leave trash out to be picked up weekdays from 6-8, the hours that most people are likely out or at work. Either make the valet fee optional, or make the hours more av Review from Google
Mar 2018: The staff is friendly and always helpful. Maintanance issues always get solved quickly, usually the same day. Review from Google
Nov 2017: This apartment complex is absolutely amazing. I have never had a more easy transition into an apartment before. The management is wonderful, understanding and will work with you. I've never had any complications. I highly suggest this apartment complex to anyone looking, great location! Review from Google
Oct 2017: I wish they would stop taking visitor parking away.. not fair that some of us don't get visitors..it comes down to residence parking in visitors parking to save spots for their friends &, family..no body wants to park across the road. No way will my mom run across Aloma in the night..when she drove from GA. .other than that the place is great. People are friendly..I always felt safe.. Review from Google
Sep 2017: Outside of the apartments it’s infested with fleas! When ever you walk back into your apartment you track them into your apartment. Complex staff try to act nice but seem forced too and will not work with you. I don’t recommend living here, for the price I was paying I found a much better place. At time of moving you will be charged with a ton of “ miscellaneous cost” . Live els were. Review from Google
Sep 2017: I have lived here a couple of months and it has been great so far! I haven't had any issues whatsoever. The reason for this review is because due to hurricane Irma our power was out for 7 days and every single night the office provided dinner for those who did not have power. They also kept the clubhouse open late and opened it early because it had AC, wifi, and even a kitchen. All of my friends who live in other complexes and didn't have power were not treated the same way. I am thankful for how much they care about their residents. Review from Google
Aug 2017: As the end of my lease is coming, I wanted to compliment my experience here at Promenade. Out of all of the places I have rented from, this had been by far my best experience. Between the availability and flexibility from management and their maintenance team, I almost want to renew just because of them! If there is ever an issue, the management team is on top of it and ready to help you out in whatever way they can. Knowing some neighbors have been here for a plethora of years along with my own experience here, we are all lucky to find this hidden treasure of a home. If you're reading this to see if you want to live here, I would highly recommend it. Great apartments, appliances, upkeep, neighbors, and management! Review from Google
Jun 2017: My roommate and I just decided to sign a lease with the complex and my goodness! We couldn't be any happier. The apartments are beautifully renovated, the amenities are spectacular (we love that there are designated parking spaces for residence, and the gym is on point), the residence are so kind, the location on Aloma is fantastic and safe, and I can't even begin to explain how hard working the staff is. Skylar went above and beyond to help us secure our new home and we cannot wait to move in. The staff does their absolute best in making sure the residence enjoy living at the complex and we couldn't be any more thankful for all that they do. Looking forward to enjoying our beautiful new home! Review from Google
May 2017: I am living here since 2014 and I am content. Yes, last year they made a lot of improvements and this is good. Because of that, yes, there was some disruption, but improving without disruption, it is almost impossible. This apartments are in good and safe location, close to good schools and very quiet place. I have had some AC issues and they fix it fast. It is a good place to live in. Review from 5/10/17 on Google
