I am looking to sublease a room in a 4x4 at Plaza on University, across the street from 💛 UCF!
The sublease would be from May 1 - July .
I am looking for someone who can take advantage of this deal for all 3 months.
My 3 other roommates are 👩 girls, although two will be moving out for the summer as well. The unit was originally priced at $ a month but I will subsidize the cost to $/mo.
The apartment includes internet, laundry machines located inside the apartment, a / 7 gym, 2 🏊 pools that are open from sunrise to sunset, and study rooms. The Plaza on University also has stores and a collection of 🍔 restaurants downstairs. There is also a 🚌 shuttle that will transport you to and from the 💛 UCF campus Monday-Friday.
A great place to live if you are looking for comfort and convenience!
