Hi! Im looking to transfer my lease at Plaza on University for this upcoming august-july, but can probably early move in before August. Im currently in room C and my friend is also leaving in room D so anyone looking to guarantee living together in a building with only a few spots left this could be a good opportunity.
The building itself has 2 🏊 pools, a hot tub, fitness center, yoga studio, and convenience to lots of places directly under🎇neath the building. There&#;s also free printing, a study lounge, 🏊 pool tables, lounge areas, and lots of other unique features many other off campus housing options don&#;t offer.
The individual apartments are fully furnished with everyone in their own room and own bathroom, a shared living space, balcony, large island counter with barstools, and stainless steel appliances. Bonus of our specific unit is that its in the building closest to the main office, 💛 UCF, and on the side of the main building meaning it isn&#;t near the main road and much quieter than other units in this building, and also faces in the way that can get amazing views of the sunset.
The lease includes all utilities and a covered parking space in the garage, as well as a transfer fee, but we will cover that. The rent is $/month, but there are no additional fees that you will need to pay.
Theres currently 2 👩 girls living there who are really great and are super cool and comfortable with other people.
