It&#;s a 🏊 pool view, on the fifth floor. Near the garage. It&#;s a 👩 female apartment. I&#;m about to transfer colleges next semester so I need my lease to be taken over! no utilityfees but there is a cap on the 💡electricity to where if you go over, the roommates split the difference. Roommates mostly keep to themselves. My one roommate just got married and is moving to be with her husband, so there are two rooms that will be available! Don&#;t need to fill both but if you want to move in with a friend that would work! You can move in before January first I think, I will be moved out before Christmas!
