I am subleasing my room at Plaza on University, which is right across from campus. The apartment is 4 by 4 and an all 👩 girls apartment. My room includes a bed, bedside table, dresser, desk, and desk chair. The room also has a view of the beach volleyball court. It is convenient for students because there is a 🚍 shuttle and the apartment is even 🚶 walking distance to campus. Residents at Plaza have access to a hour gym, study rooms, two private🎥 movietheaters, and two 🏊 pools. Plaza also has a number of 🍔 restaurants and shops downstairs and is 🐕 pet friendly. The rent does include utilities and a reserved parking spot on the same floor of the apartment.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
