Oct 2019: Phyllis is amazing in every way possible. She helped my roommate and I get situated with moving from another state to finally here. She provided excellent service to us both and really made sure that the day of move in that we were happy let alone made sure we felt like this could be our new home. It's been a couple months since we moved down and though some maintenance could have been done better in the apartment (it did not seem like they truly cleaned/replaced broken things in this place) I would say that would be the only downfall however great complex thus far, decent location and awesome people they have working in their office. Jul 2019: Speaking of PARKE EAST APARTMENTS: New Management. When I was in a tight pickle finding a housing situation the Parke East Apartment Team was some of the best. From Phyllis, who in a Saturday afternoon was the only one there, had personally showed me the unit and answered all of my many questions with confidence and knowledge. To Ms. Jaclyn, who is a literal MIRACLE WORKER. Her professionalism and ability to work with the client is astonishing. And Finally Suehaidy, who when I was securing the deal with my apartment was very diligent in making sure I knew all the terms of my agreement and even called me after hours to let me know I was approved! When I got stuck in my sticky situation, these amazing professional staff of woman moved mountains for me. They have been a treat and honestly the biggest help. Their communication and updates are unbeaten! Jul 2019: So I moved in here September of 2018 it is now June of 2019 and I walk into my bathroom and I see the biggest roach ever just crawling on my floor and when I tell you my entire time living in Orlando (5years) I have NEVER had a roach until I moved in this complex!!!! They tell you pest control is coming but they have yet to show and not only that I have put in a work order to have the holes in my apartment plugged up so that the roaches don’t come in and they still have yet to do that either!!!!! I pay to much money here to have roaches!!! NO ONE should have to live with roaches!!! This is utterly the most disgusting thing ever and I truly hope if your looking for somewhere to live that you look else where......and to who ever from the complex that is commenting under these reviews making it seem like you actual care and that your going to do something why don’t you contact me and actual fix the problem so that your actions speak louder than these responses your using to save face! I have been complaining for the last 2 years about this issue. Nobody should have to live with roaches. After much complaining, and close to getting a lawyer the management before the current one seemed to have got this issue under control. Truth be told I don’t think the issue was really resolved because there shouldn’t be roaches in my apartment. I have contacted current management and will probably have them terminate my lease early with no charges because I refuse to live with roaches. This issue is so bad, I have seen roaches crawl on my wall while I was laying in bed, crawl in the bathtub, in the kitchen, in our food containers and everywhere else. This complex is average, but the roach problem makes it a horrible place to live. Most people are in and out, no smile, no goodbye, etc. Eric has always come in with a smile reassured me throughout the process even if it was out of his control. He even came after hours to check to see if my faucet was still leaking. He’s passionate about people and his job. Thank you man. Apr 2019: My mother lives here. The ppl in the office of the apartment building are intrusive. They do not give my mother her privacy. They've threatened to come in and search her apartment, the apartments are very small but they charge residents like it's a luxery apartment. The pool is nasty. Always some ghetto fabulous person with a boombox ruining a pool day for the kids. They do not clean the grill, the do not take out the garbage every day. I regretfully had my son's birthday party there, flies everywhere. The staff should pay better attention to the pool maintenance since potential renters can easily see that nastiness before they threaten to intrude on my mother's privacy. I was told by one of them if I ever see them around and need anything to let them know and they will take care of it. And they have. The leasing ladies and the ladies in the front office are very genuine and kind. The staff is unorganized and unprofessional. When we moved into this apt the dishwasher, garbage disposal, and fridge were broken. We had our ac broken for the first three months of living here and because of it we paid 300+ dollars a month in utilities. I called the office nearly every day to fix the problems and finally after months of no ac we were told we could move to a different apt for the same complex. So instead of fixing our ac we had to move all of our stuff to a new apt, clean the old apt, and put another down payment down for duke energy for the new place. We moved into the new apt in the same complex and that night one of the rooms closets fell completely down. Maintenance never came to fix the closet. The complex was sold to Insula shortly after I had moved in. The original owners and staff were fantastic. Unfortunately the staff Insula brought in is not. The entire staff is rude and unprofessional. good luck getting them to answer the phone or return a message or email. The property manager is somehow always not there. When you do walk down to the office they don't know anything or say that will 'get back to you'. They are cheap and will cut corners in any way they can. They will also take any opportunity to nickel and dime you for anything they can. They charged us all $35 for an amenity key fob that we didn't get until almost a year later. Oct 2018: Well-maintained, peacefully quiet apartment complex. Helped my daughter move in. After she noticed that something wasn't working, she called maintenance and they were there within a couple of hours to fix it. Lots of young families here. I started off at $940 and ended up paying 1100 a month for "pest" and "trash" when they never even bother to pick up the phone regarding pest control. We did not have AC in ORLANDO MID SUMMER for 2 months and they did not bother to fix it until I contacted the CEO of the community. They are stingy and will charge you 100$ if you are 5$ short on your rent, and all the office people have attitudes. Oct 2018: DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!! MANAGEMENT IS A JOKE!!! This place is worse than a motel 6. Ants everywhere, put a pest control request never came but i received work completed notice. They WILL NEVER pick up phone call. Seriously never!! also, I have left a voice mail but no one ever returned my voice mail. It takes too long to even a guy to come to fix. It's been a month but still have not fixed patio screen and refrigerator.
I really want to ask this question to those ladies at the Front Office. What do you do everyday? trying to find new tenants only? What about those people who live here? We are suffering!!! We have a family and kids living here.

My closet smells terrible. If I leave my closet door closed for too long it smells worse. I moved in about almost three months ago and I am still dealing with roaches and ants. So many of them!! I have an outlet in the dining room that is filled with ants inside and I asked for pest control for the third time on this problem and the pest control guy catches an attitude and tells me I don’t have ants. Please. Totally disrespectful. They give you a time frame between 2-3 for pest control but they tend to take longer. I called the office and the property manger (Mary) answered sarcastically. Maintenance is terrible. They are lazy and do sloppy work. The couple times they have come to my apartment they have left a mess and dirty footprints all over my apartment. They just spray on the outside. My electric bill is well over $200 because they refuse to fix my AC. My thermostat is set to 76 at this moment and it’s 92 degrees inside, 92!!!! I’ve complained about it numerous times and all they do is open work orders and then complete them without doing anything. My dishwasher has also been broken for months with smelly water sitting at the bottom of it. No sound insulation whatsoever. I absolutely despise this place and will be moving out once my lease is up this year. It all depends on the management and maintenance team and how they approach the issue fast, friendly and safely. And the property manager (Mary) and all 3 maintenance crew (Fernando, Eric and Sam) are so fast and efficient anytime my girlfriend and I have ANY problem! They fix ANY issue we have as fast as they can, usually the same day. They all work as a team to get what needs to be done quickly and safely. They're all super nice and professional. We never have any problems with them at all.

I’ve lived here for 2 years and I did this thing where I actually got to know my management property and maintenance team rather than treating them like they owe me the world because I chose to live on their property. Mary is one of the nicest people you will meet and she will go above to make sure you’re happy. Our water was out due to an issue with our building and she personally knocked on our door when she could have been home with her family and offered an apartment with working water to us so we can shower. Yvette is also in the office and she’s so funny and always has a smile on her face. A personality that you rarely come by now a days. 2-Your AC will be broken basically the entire time you live here and despite several complaints, will never be fixed. Nothing like sweating in the comfort of your own home!
3-The “car wash†will be broken and never fixed the entirety of your stay. You’ll find out when it eats your quarters and doesn’t return them.

My sister and I left our 2 bedroom spotless. 1 week later we received a bill for more than 500 dollards for carpet replacement. When I called they say that they have contract with an outside company to come and inspect the carpet and the company recommend that they changed the carpet. Duhh which compagny would pass on making money. I ask for pictures they refused. Then i remember when we moved in they told me the carpet was new so they did the same thing to the previous tenant. Review from GoogleFeb 2018: I live in Parke East since last September, The day after the hurricane the property manager (Mary Worthy) and the Maintenance Staff were knocking on my door and others to verify if I was safe or need anything. The maintenance Staff despite everyone having their families and personal issues due to the hurricane, were at this property and start cleaning it with the help of several residents that joined them. That right there says A LOT about how dedicated this TEAM are with this Community.
The property is quiet, no noises out of the ordinary as we live in a community and for that we have to share the space with others. I do not have problems with roaches. When I have an issue (since we moved here only called twice) the very attentive maintenance staff comes and repairs it.

Nice Basketball court, the pools are really nice and it is close to EVERYTHING.
