My current roommate is moving out of our 2x2 apartment, so I am looking for a 💛 UCF student who is in need of a room. Rent is $ a month, all utilitiesincluded, as well as wifi. The apartment itself is located in a very nice community known as "Oviedo on the Park." There are a thousand 🍔 restaurants, such as Panera, Starbucks, Chipotle, CFA (and more!), simply two blocks away, a dog park, a small lagoon, an amphitheater, and a bunch of other fun community luxuries. The actual apartment complex is called "Park Place Apartments." It is centrally located in the area where there is very little street noise, but you are a 🚶 walk away from everything. As a resident, you will have access to all the amenities including the 🏊 pool (located directly adjacent to the apartment-again, no noise to worry about), the hot tub, the ping pong tables, and the fitness room. I am very 🎇clean and try to maintain the common room tidy. I have one adorable hamster named Stewart (who resides in his cage in the corner of the common room), and one rescue cat named Cleopatra (she primarily remains in my room, and very rarely likes to wander out). The apartment is spacious and luxurious, and as for the room: it has a very large 🚶 walk in closet, as well as bathroom (equipped with bathtub and two sinks) all inside of the comfort of your own room. It is a great place to live and is only minutes away from 💛 UCF. I am planning on moving after the lease is up on 5//, so about 8 months from now. Please contact me if interested, move in ready!
