Apr 2017: My mom live there and I love the place , maintenance resolve the issue same day, but you better read very well the lease agreement and fallow the rules, because her car was towed 2 times, same month =$280 and the Administration people is very rude.

Dec 2015: We have been living here for two years now and can honestly say I am alittle confused about all the negative comments. . I love it here! It's clean, quiet, the office staff are very personable and are there when needed. Yes, the office is closed and it's by appointment only. However, every time I went over there to ask a question or for help the door was always opened. (can't mention his name) is always there to answer questions and is very helpful. All the negative comments I read are not true. I had a situation, needed help and received it. Both office staff and maintenance do have a job and will do their best to the best of their ability to fulfill a tenants needs. And YES they do return calls. Thank you for reading.

First of all, they nickel and dime you for everything. As of recently they have a new towing company arrangement and I've never seen so many cars get towed in my life. How is this even regulated, for all we know anyone can come and tow and steal cars. As a resident already paying for parking , multiple parking spots that is, it is such a huge inconvenience to have to worry about towing and having the cars parked in the appropriate spot. To add to this, getting a hold of anyone in the leasing office can be a PITA, they have the office closed, even though there are people working in there, talk about good business practices.

Now you get letters stuck to your door with your personal information on it that can be taken because it blows off the door or anyone just walking by can help them self. I pay monthly for an extra parking spot that I was told if I put my other car in it they will tow it. I have to get a parking pass to have a guest park there but none is ever in the office. Please don't waist your time moving here. I have been here for five years and now I'm looking to move because I no longer feel at home.

Feb 2015: This place used to be a place you could call home. Any issues where dealt with promptly and great friendly service was provided. Ever since this new management company has taken over it has gone down the drain. The do not return calls, open the office door or treat people with respect. They enforce only what they want, for example guest parking is very limited due to the residents that are avoiding paying for parking spots. This has been one of my biggest issues with them. Also I have small pets that I have individual deposits on. Recently they decided to raise my pet rent. They said it would start effective Jan 2015.
