Aug 2019: I love Oviedo Grove! The spacious and beautiful units, the huge pool and the convenient location! Having a storage facility, grocery store, gas station, restaurants (fast food and fine dining), banks and car repair places a stone's throw away from your front door is incredibly convenient. They even have a little park with swings and slides. I recommend checking this place out if you want a nice place to live for a reasonable price in the heart of Oviedo. When we moved in, second day two of our sinks were broken, ice maker never worked, and washer is broken, called for maintenance and it’s been about two and a half months with still no maintenance. I'm so excited to come visit and hopefully a week or the Monday before I visit to get a tour and get started in the application process.
